A bit fiddly to find, but a nice venue for new bands and performance, cheap food and drink!

Records, food, and beer all under one roof. Friendly service and also live music in the evening sometimes.

The downstairs bar is a bit small, bouncers were a bit strict.

Like this place a lot. Very relaxed atmosphere in the day and evening. Always an eclectic mix of music being played, which adds to the independent spirit of the cafe/ bar.

Rye wax is decent when it opens up on nights at bussey building, often hard getting served but okay stuff at the bar

Drinks are a little bit pricey but that's to be expected. Excellent customer service and great live music in the evenings

Strangely enjoyable dingy basement bar with pop-up caterers (Vietnamese before was great, Taco Queen now if too). Records and comics and DJ sets too. Very Peckham.

Rye Wax is a must visit anytime you re in Peckham. Great records and super relaxed vibe.

I was really impressed by JD s kitchen. Their Pork belly sub is probably the best sandwich I ve had in my whole life. It s worth visiting Rye Wax just for that alone.

Great little mixed use record shop / music venue / bar

40 minute wait for tacos... That's what's swung the rating down, especially as I was told a 10-15min wait after placing my order. Having said that, the steak taco was undeniably delicious, and if you are prepared to wait, it's worth the wait; order, go away, do something else, and come back if you must: it's a lovely thing.

Intimate venue with good crowds and decent sound system

Nice vibe and great place to go with friends or as a couple. Great cocktails and they have happy hour beers are a bit expensive. BTW I loved the tacos from taco Queen.

Really cool place and great choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Music is hard house and dance. Good line up of dj's on Saturdays. Overall would definetly recommend a visit

Great bar that is host to some stellar events, has excellent food though I was a little disheartened the last Sunday I went there wasn't a roast, though the Thai I had was awesome

Lovely atmosphere, tasty local beers and decent music. The food looked nice too. Would have liked to stay a little longer, but someone needed to get home to bed.

Small but great basement venue with good sound system

Stunning place, cozy , the muisic it's another levell ,good ambient light , and if you want to stay for the night there's a live Dj and that's even greater I truly recommend

Pleasant space that has good bookings for club nights every now and again. Drinks are far too expensive, staff edgy + don't know who and what is on, and clientele tend to be too cool for school...
