I had my oil changed their last week. Someone came in and said I didn't have any power steering fluid left he said they topped it off and it should be good to go and there were no leaks. Next day I heard a whingeing sound when I made a sharp turned I looked no power steering fluid. I then put some in and turned the wheel and it all came pouring out of the power steering hose. How someone who has zero mechanic experience can figure that out and Rydell employee's couldn't is beyond me.

Scam artists. Took my car to the service area to check on a leak yesterday. They claimed it was 2500$ to fix. Took it to Dhalstroms in Oslo and it was fixed for only 300$.

He took time off and actually delivered our vehicle to us, 60 miles away! He stayed and explained all the features, got us set up with On Star, and not once did I feel he was in a hurry to get back. We had a good purchasing experience with Chris Carlson. He drove to us on 2 occasions with the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Chris is easy to talk to and knowledgable. Without his help there was considerable risk we would not get this vehicle. It wasn't exactly what we were looking for but very close. The price to value on that vehicle was good in our opinion. I contacted Damian very last minute towards the end of the night needing help finding a new vehicle in a hurry and he was more than happy to have me come right over and sit down and help me! Damian listened to exactly what I was looking for and what I needed and found me just that. By the very next day he took care of me even went as far as figuring all the financing out and was quick to answer any questions I had. My experience with Rydells was horrible! I called and talked to someone else that didn t even meet me when I got there it was with someone way different! I was told false promises and when I asked about what I was told over the phone! I had a car accident that involved a hit and run and left me with not many options! So with saying that I explained that and they made me think I would be taken care of and no issues! Or so I thought! When I got there the car I called about wasn t the car I was looking at and when asked about it we never got a set answer! We looked at the car we wanted the night before we called! So from 11pm to 8am the car was there! We got there at 11pm and the car we wanted had just vanished! Then when asked they said it was way more and didn t think it was a good fit for me! OH okay! As the visit went on it was getting worse! The trade in was way more then what they quoted! The guy who is over the guy we were assigned to was horrible and when I went to another dealership after we left rydells gave me way more on my trade in the what Rydells quoted me! I m a female and I also had my friend with me so she would be witnessed!
Then the hoops that they wanted me to do to get into this car landed all on me with financial stuff! I feel if they wanted to make a sale they would ve done anything to get me into that car or maybe something better! So basically what I experienced was HORRIBLE and they made me feel like my business wasn t good enough or my money!
I just had moved to Grandforks in August 2019 and this was the very first horrible business experience I ve had here! I went to a different dealer ship walking in their doors at 12:40pm and by 3:30pm I was driving off their lot and my pAyments are no more Less then a $100 a month and My new car isn t but a few years old you Thank you Leitha dealership for making my experience way better than the one pior then you! Oh Rydells was only gonna give me $2000.00 on my trade in! Leitha gave me $2500.00 on it, dropped the price they wanted for my new car by $1000.00 and treated me like a valued customer no matter what my credit report was! Oh my payments on my new car is $98.00 a month! I may not of looked like I knew what I wanted and how the sales business works! Rydells would ve if they even gave me the time to prove it in the 45 minutes I was in Rydells building!
I wouldn t ever recommend Rydells to anyone! Leitha I am more than willing to promote and recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car and with a better experience and didn t tread you by how high or low your credit score ways!

I always go there for oil changes and that's it. They always say something is wrong. And when something is wrong they don't say anything till its too late. Plus they are expensive. I could've put a water pump in myself but they refused to let me take it somewhere else and they insisted on doing the repair themselves for $650. When I could've done it for $200. They are con artists. But they have good deals on oil changes.
Jim Warmack made the buying process very simple and even enjoyable. He met my every need and had the extra accessories installed in no time. He even came in on his day off to answer questions and show me some vehicles. Definitely a class act dealership!
I walked into Rydell expecting the usual car dealership experience. I first met a gentleman who's name I didn't get and explained that I was just looking for information and wasn't looking to buy. He then directed me to Joe Johnson. Joe gave me the information that I was looking for. After some discussion about payments, he was able to show me the inventory that would accommodate my needs. Not once did Joe direct me away from my price range. We ended up going over my credit and then gave me a high estimate of my interest rate (which I had asked for) and the the respective payments for one of the vehicles we were looking at.
I was so impressed with the information that I ended up buying one of the cars he had showed me. The best part was it was exactly what I wanted, not what he was trying to push on me. The folks at Rydell also helped me get a rate that was better than I expected and payments that were right where my fiancee and I wanted. This was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle. He will work to deliver exactly what you are looking for, without pushing any unwanted offers on you. I will definitely come back if I need another vehicle in the future.

Dealership knowingly sold my mom a ticking time bomb. I am sure it was to save them the headache and money to fix it. They had checked the timing belt that was obviously worn and an original belt 30k miles over, and failed to mention it to us at the time of the purchase. 5k miles after purchasing the car the belt snapped on the highway and ruined the engine. After chatting with the salesman he said he would talk to someone higher up but there was no chance of the dealership taking any responsibility and helping out or even waiving the fee to see what type of internal damage was done. Today the salesman called back. He had the nerve to tell her he could help her out, by getting her into a better newer better car. That is the last vehicle anyone in my family will purchase from this dealership. I didn't expect shady business tactics from Rydell, especially since we are past customers.
Superstar Nick Maro was on top of his game. Im pretty sure my truck came back better than it was when I drove it new off the lot. Nick should probably receive a trophy of some kind as he went well beyond just deserving a participation ribbon in taking care of my Silverado.
Frank was a great salesman! He knew exactly what I wanted in my vehicle and he responded to me quickly. All I had to do was come in to pick it up! He is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am grateful for his assistance.

I had to wait for almost an hour in line at the "Express Lube" line then another 30 min for them to complete a lube and tire rotation. I was expecting a little faster service since it seemed that there was at least four people around my vehicle at all times. Maybe all were not working. I noticed you could make an appointment but didn't think it would have taken that long on a Friday morning at 10:30 A.

Last week when my engine light turned on, I scheduled an appointment at Rydell s to get it checked out. Cory got all of the information that he needed from me regarding the engine light, and kindly asked if there was anything else he could do to service my car while it was in. He made sure that I had a ride, and called me later in the day to let me know what progress was being made on my vehicle. I am always pleased with the service at Rydell s, and I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.
Craig Croaker was great to work with! He made the purchase of my daughter's 2007 Chevy Malibu quick and painless. Due to not living in Grand Forks, email and phone was the only contact we had. I told him what I was looking for, price range etc, and he found us a car. He found the perfect fit. My daughter was all smiles when we got to the dealership and smiles all the way back to Fargo. I had worked with Craig in the past for a vehicle purchase and he was my first thought when my daughter suggested getting a new car for her. I will gladly contact Craig in the future for any automotive needs.

H.R. is not customer friendly. Vehicles are priced to high. I checked at many other dealers in the area and found the same exact new vehicle much cheaper at the other dealers. It pays to drive a shirt distance. Labor rate is way to high in their shop. I've found by going to an independent shop your much better off.
Jesse was extremely helpful and worked efficiently. It didn't take long to leave Rydell feeling wonderful in my new Malibu!

On April 24, I went for an oil change. My service adviser was Robert Robles. He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted done in a professional and courteous way.
I especially like the lounge area to wait in while the work is being done with complimentary soda and coffee and cookies and large TV's to watch.
Damage vehicle and didn t repair it. Felt belittled and didn t know what I was talking about.
I could not be happier with any of my dealings with Rydell. Scott Pearson does an excellent job of explaining everything. He made things very easy for me when I needed to replace my car. Nick has been great thorough my whole process. He is very professional and organized. He kept me updated every step of the way. I took my 2015 Suburban into the Rydell service department today to have a tire replaced. I called early this morning and the service advisor Travis Bursinger was able to get me into the shop the same day I called. I have had Travis in the past and each time I have worked with him, he has been very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed about what is going on. From the time I bought this Suburban from the Rydell sales staff, to needing work done on it in the shop, the Rydell staff has been very easy to work with. I have purchased a lot of vehicles through out the years , but I must say this certainly has been the best treatment I have every received from a car dealership. I certainly would recommend using Travis as a service advisor and I will be coming back to Rydells to deal with them on my next vehicle. Thank you very much Travis for all of your great help. Dwight
First of all, Nick Maro is one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever dealt with, as I have a lot of knowledge about vehicles, too. Plus, he's honest. And when I picked up my truck on a blizzarding day, I was really surprised and impressed that they brought my truck inside for me to get into it rather than sending me out in the cold and blowing snow. Really appreciated that!

Cant say enough good things about this dealership!!! I bought a used 2015 camaro SS a couple months ago and have zero complaints. My car salesman Arden took excellent care of me and even provided information from the previous owner that solidified the deal and made me feel comfortable about the purchase. I got 2 free oil changes and free car washes for a month. They even take care of customers with free snaks and drinks. Rydell is on another level. Id definitely buy my next vehicle here.
