Just bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 from Craig Croaker...we started out wanting to get something used but Craig explained all of our options to us and getting something new sounded much better. He took the time to take us to the accessories area to help pick out some extras then he showed us how all of the gadgets work in our new truck, he also made sure that our truck was spotless before it left the lot. It was an awesome experience! We love our new truck!

I have purchased few vehicles now from rydells and have been pleased both with the sales department and also service. Kevin Hanson in service is the man to go to. If you have problems talk to him. My car had ranch in one of the cup holders, hot chocolate spilled down the inside of the doors, and enough food to feed a small country in the seat tracks when I brought it in. I am convinced that they just dumped my car somewhere and replaced it with a brand new car because it is SPOTLESS!!! I am incredibly impressed!

I bought a 2010 Silverado from rydells and off the lot after it was at hot temp I found that the oil pressure is way to low and they wouldn't do anything about it! Now I've owned it for a month and it looks like my cam bearings are going out. The pre sale inspection is extremely pathetic! Don't go here if you're getting a used vehicle.

I visited the collision center to see if it was a place I wanted to take my vehicle to get repaired. The building looks very professional and state of the art. I sadly can not say the same nice things for how I was treated. The lady I worked with told me not to look around and just get the work done there (Different shops have different equipment and treat your vehicle differently). She was extremely pushy and even made an appointment for my vehicle without me saying I wanted one or really knowing she made the appointment. When I left she told me to just drop off my vehicle any time next week if I wanted my vehicle repaired. I visited some more places and decided to go with ABRA auto body and had an extremely wonderful experience working with them. While my car was in the shop at ABRA (two weeks after I went to Rydell), I received a phone call from Rydell asking why I didn't bring my vehicle to them and that they have had the parts waiting for a while. I stated to them that I didn't make an appointment nor did I know an appointment was made. The lady on the phone (sounded like the same one I delt with when I went into Rydell) got upset with me stating that and again tried very pushingly tried to get me to bring my vehicle into them to get worked on. I stated to them that I chose to go a different route with my vehicle repairs, and asked if I had made an appointment why did no one call me to tell me to bring in my vehicle in to be repaired. The lady on the other end got angrier, did not answer my question and quickly got off the phone with me. I would not recommend Rydell for auto body repairs at all. I feel as if since they are the big boys in town with all the money, that customers will choose them no matter how bad their customer service is. It almost seemed like they were trying to rush me to make a decision so I couldn't do my research and find a different place. I strongly suggest you shop around and look for a place that is much more friendly and customer oriented.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Last summer, I took my car to this nasty place to have its AC recharged.The mechanic who worked with me was named, Nick.
It is essential to mention that I am a mechanical engineer and I have knowledge of car maintenance and parts. I perform any type of maintenance myself, unless I need the tools which I don't have. In the afternoon, when I went to pick up my car, they said that my vehicle has a lot of major issues and it is totally unsafe to be driven on highway. Apparently, my car needs new struts, new air shocks, new rack and pinion, new tie rods, and new CV axles. Besides my transmission is leaking and I am losing power steering oil too. If they could, they would even put changing the engine and seats on the list. In return, they were asking for 2800 dollars. It is interesting to mention that they were asking for 1350 just to replace the front struts. Considering that the best struts for my car would cost 140 dollars, each. Besides, my Pass CV was about to break according to their comments. I refused to pay that money and drove my car for another 10000 miles since then and not a single thing has happened.
My transmission oil has always been full, so as my steering. No CV axles noise and tie rod problem. I did change my struts about a month ago myself with my friend, who is an aerospace engineer. I bought the best struts off amazon for 288 dollars. Don't go to this place unless you wanna get ripped off.

We bought our suburban a month ago, salesperson was fantastic. After about three weeks we noticed the air conditioning wasn t working in the front of the suburban. I scheduled a time for them to look at it - 1030 am was the appointment. I get there, and they inform me the guy I scheduled my appointment with did not get in until after noon that day. Why would I make an appointment for 1030 if he wasn t in until noon? I then wait around Grand Forks for over 4 hours (I live an hour away) and I still hadn t heard what is wrong with my vehicle. I called around 245 and the service guy wasn t at his desk. I said I would call back. Called back 15 minutes later, still wasn t there so I left a message. It is now 345 and I m not happy so I decide to go in and see what s going on. He informs me that the condenser is bad and it is $1200 to replace and he was waiting for the sales to see what they wanted to do since we bought it only a month prior. I m not sure why I had to wait over 4 hours and for me to have to go in there myself for them to let me know what was wrong with it all because they were waiting on an answer of what to do.

Three years ago I bought my 2010 Dodge 2500 from Rydell's. Over the last three years I've had all my maintenance/oil changes done through Rydell's. Yesterday I had my check engine light come on so I brought it in to get checked on. They scanned the truck and it showed a bad oil pressure sensor. I had them replace it but it still was showing it had a bad sensor. Turns out they installed a generic oil filter that was to small restricting oil flow causing the check engine light come on. So they replaced a sensor that wasn't bad and tried to bill me $370. I talked to the manager and he ended up not charging me anything. The issue I have is odds are my engine is now damaged from the restricted oil flow. My advice is, if you don't have a GMC vehicle get your oil changed somewhere else.

Worst customer experience. To many sales and finance people confused. Could not get a straight answer on anything. Never received call back. I got the feeling that if they can't make money they wont even call you back just to even tell you what they will or will not do for you.They ran our credit multiple times without consent.My experience buying a car here was the worst. Even waited a few days to write this just to see if they would make it right..... best they do is just ignore you. This was our experience.

I have never experienced more comprehensive service, combined with such pleasant and insightful interactions with employees with any other Auto Service. My questions were answered with gratuitous detail, thanks to employees such as Connor Gothberg, and my payment process was expedited and satisfactory only through the effort of one Justin Rodriguez. Both of these employees are highly skilled, highly professional, and deserve nothing if not the highest form of honest praise available. My time at Rydell was short, but I was left with a feeling of satisfaction and safety the likes of which I've never experienced anywhere else. Thank you so much to Connor and Justin, you are both wonderful employees and really made my visit spectacular.

We took our new pickup in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. Justin Rodriguez in the service department was excellent. He lent us a pickup to use while ours got serviced and even washed ours before we got it back. We are very satisfied with his services and will definitely recommend him to our friends and family needing services at Rydell.

We purchased our "new to us" 2014 Honda Accord Sport from Steve Atkinson at Rydell's used car lot. I have purchased half a dozen new cars from dealers from California, Washington and Guam, and this was by far the easiest and quickest deal of all of them. The low price marked on the windshield makes/made for a hassle free experience. Steve made sure we got the car we wanted and any issues we had were taken care of promptly. NO HASSLE, NO STRESS, THE WAY CAR BUYING SHOULD BE!!!

Always say your vehicle is fine after multiple attempts to fix, mechanics think they know everything and are completely wrong. Sold me 2 lemons and wont do anything about it. Take your business to a dealership that will help if you have issues.

My family and I have done business here for years and I see no reason to go anywhere else. It's where I buy the majority of my cars and the only place I want them serviced. As always, Ken Carlson in Service is a great help, thanks go to him once again. Keep up the good work guys, it's appreciated.
Edit for new visit: Rydell is my go to place for any and all service. Very friendly and quality work, I have no desire to go anywhere else. If you're looking to buy, new or used, or just need service they should be on your short list. My most recent visit was handled by Kevin Hanson in service and I have zero complaints. As always, good job guys and keep up the good work

Brought our vehicle in for a diagnostic inspection and to get the gas gauge fixed. Nick Maro was my Service Writer and took care things in a timely manner. We trust Nick because he makes sure the job gets done efficiently and in the right way. He is very pleasant and friendly to work with! We are satisfied customers and will continue using Rydell to service our vehicles!

Went in for an oil change - great service and results. While in for the oil change, I asked about costs to replace my headlights as they were very bad for clarity. Visited with parts and he suggested I go to the Detail Shop to see if they could buff the lenses. Long story short - they buffed them out, did a great job and lenses are like new. Saved me a bunch of money and reaffirmed me to remain as a customer for the future.

I dropped the car off with Travis Bursinger on Wednesday afternoon around 4pm with brake problems. I told them that the brake pedal would go all the way to the floor with no tension before engaging. I was call thur. around 3pm and told that the car was fixed and could be picked up. I went to pick up the car around 5:30pm They had replaced the front pad and rotors. I paid the bill and went to drive the car home, only to find immediately that the pedal still went to the floor with no tension and that the break trouble light on the dash was still illuminated. I immediately returned the key and told them the brakes still didn't work. I next received a call around 3pm Friday telling me that the rear cylinders were shot and would need to be replaced, it would be another $450. I talked with a service manager, Al Berry, who expressed their apologies for the trouble and agreed to charge me no labor on the second repair, leaving a total of about $230 for parts. I was very happy with that agreement. Then when I heard nothing else from them I stop by at 7pm to see if the car is being done. I am told that they have all the parts but probably won't get to it until Monday. I get a call around 1:30pm Monday telling me the car is ready. When I pick up the car I ask Al why it wasn't ready on Friday. He tells me he gave no guarantee as to when it would be done and that is where it was in the line of customers. He then assured me that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that was why I wasn't being charged for labor. Now I am giving you 3 stars because on Friday I really do believe Al tried to make it right... but I am terribly disappointed that my car was not ready on Friday! remember... I was first told the car was ready on Thursday! I felt that the allowance on Friday for labor was adequate for the problems encountered to that point. Upon my complaints Monday when I picked up my car I was offered a free Gas fill-up. Admittedly I don't think anything would have made me happy at that point. I feel like you representatives did try to appease me, but I don't feel like they really understood how big of w mess this was from my perspective. To be handed the keys to a car where the brakes do not work properly when you just spent almost $300 to have them fixed is a shocking find!!! The car would have been dangerous to drive. I felt that I had to work very hard to get them to understand how put out I was, and then I was left feeling that I should have pushed even harder so that there would have been more urgency in resolving the problem. I work in customer service--15 years in the hotel industry-- I understand the difficulties in dealing with disgruntled customers-- I just feel like with something that was so obviously a mistake on your part, I should not have had to work so hard to get it taken care of.

We had an excellent experience at Rydell and in fact will continue to come to Rydell for our vehicle needs. We even asked our sales representative (who was awesome) to keep an eye out for certain vehicles for us! Rydell was clean, friendly, and we loved the lounge, beverages/snacks, and WIFI. We have to mention our sales representative Tanner Trosen because he made our time at Rydell great. He was personable, not afraid to say he didn't know something, but knew where to get the information we needed, and just a lot of fun. We really enjoyed our time with him and our whole experience at Rydell was such a pleasant surprise we have decided to continue doing business with Rydell as opposed to staying local (and we drove 2.5 hours to get there!). Thanks Rydell for a great vehicle buying experience and for making the whole thing something we enjoyed!

My wife and I would like to thank Toni Ryan for his attention to detail and ALWAYS having a welcoming smile accompanied by an up beat attitude. Something that the other car wash associates desperately lack. When you approach Toni at the entrance he makes you feel welcomed and your patronage appreciated. If Rydell needs a face and personality to advertise your car wash or anything for your company, this is the guy you need to put in front of your audience! I am sure with an employee like this you have had many nice comments from other customers about him. We didn't see him in the bay when we entered it on Friday, August 25th, 2017, but after we were along side the building. My sister-in-law was so enamored with his persona that she reached over me to take his picture! We shared some pleasantries and told him we needed to do a review on his excellent customer service skills and how they are lacking in many of his co-workers. Please encourage your other bay attendants to at least smile and quit acting like robots....the system is already mechanical.....you don't need your other staff to operate in that manner too. Thank you for hiring Toni. We look forward to his inviting gestures and brilliant smile!!!

I purchased my Buick Regal in April of this year and have always had an exceptional experience with the service at Rydells. On this particular occasion, they repaired the passenger side airbag (under warranty) and installed an auto start that was on special ($100 off). Rod, the service rep who had originally written up my order was not in that day, but Stacey took great care of me. A friendly service department with a great, knowledgeable staff!

Recently went to Rydell looking for a new vehicle. Met with Frank Decouteau and talked with him about what I was looking for. Next thing I knew he had picked out a new 2018 Silverado for me and it was better than I could imagine. He was great to work with on the deal and all around friendly guy to talk too. I m very pleased with his service and pleased with my purchase. Definitely will be the first guy I go to next time I m in the market for a new vehicle!

I just wanted to let you know that once my warrant...

I just wanted to let you know that once my warrantee is over and my "nice care" package is done I will never be coming back to Rydell for anything ever again.

I purchased an extended warrantee on my used car because the finance agent told me that it would give me peace of mind that I wouldn't need to worry about unexpected repairs. Well.. needless to say that every time something has gone wrong with my car the warrantee hasn't covered a single thing.

To top things off, my nice car package has been nothing but a joke. Every time my bulbs go out, brakes squeak, or battery needs to be replaced, your company finds a way to charge me every time.

Your website clearly states, "if bulbs, belts, hoses, battery, tires, spark plugs, or wipers need replacing come on in and we will replace them for FREE."

When my battery went bad, I had to pay to have a diagnostic done to just SEE if it was my battery. When my bulb went out, I had to pay to replace it because they said, "well no, it didn't burn out, it melted." and when my brakes went bad, I was told, we will replace the brakes but you have to pay for the labor.,

I had to call two weeks ahead of time to schedule an appointment, and I dropped my car off at 9 a.m. and was told they would try and get it looked at before they closed at 10 p.m. Why did I schedule an appointment and lose my car for two days to just not even have it looked at?

I am a General Manager for a prominent retailer in Grand Forks and if I bait and switched my customers they way you do I would be out of business.

I can assure you that I will never return to your store and will encourage others to do the same. You nickel and dime your customers to death and you never follow through with your end of the deal.

I really hope that your owner is proud of the way your service department does its work.

Jimmy Weber was a great help to us. We had just talked about upgrading our Impala, but we weren't sure we were ready to do it. We had some very specific needs that we were interested in and really hadn't expected to find just what we were looking for this fast. He came up with three for us to pick from right on the lot. What a great selection. Then we just had to give him some information and he did all the work. We are enjoying our new/used 2011 Impala very much. thank you Jimmy for all your help...you made it all so easy!
