But whatever I guess. I dont live in town, I work alot If you offer something or say you are going to do something do it. Dont waste my time. No communication about cost of goods and services until after work was done..sticker shock. I will be more specific in future matters with this company....no work until I get an estimate and then hold them to that estimate unless they call and explain in advance of why the price is going to be different.

The people told me it would only take a couple of hours, they had my car for 36 hours. I called and no one ever got back to me. I had to call to see if my car was done, no one called me to tell me if it was done or not. Then when i did come to my car, THEY LOST MY CAR!!! could not find my car for over 20 minutes. I will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. I was very disappointed.

Took my vehicle (under warranty) in to see why my check engine light was on. Hours later I get a call from them explaining why the light came on and what they uninstalled and reinstalled on my vehicle with out my permission plus how much I needed to pay them when I come pick up my vehicle. They also left a allen key in my engine bay found it after Made a pit stop in town.

Very good people work at Rydell. We are from Canada and were passing through the area on our way home. On Friday Sept 29 2017. We, Ron & Nancy Heighington were driving east on Hwy2 at around 8:30 am , when we were hit by another vehicle from a side road. Thank god there were no injuries, but our car was written off. The police, fire dept. , ems and a lot of drivers came to help. Ems made sure everyone was alright, fire cleaned up the road, the police sorted everything out, thank you to all. The police had our car towed to Rydell collision, and drove us to the car rental. When we arrived at Rydell , Anne Ostlund greeted us and helped us all day long making phone calls to insurance companies, guiding us through the process, we were out of sorts from the accident and unsure of the process. Anne and the whole Rydell team were great. If we lived in the Grand Forks area I would not hesitate to use there collision center, service center or purchase car from them. It was a unfortunate, having the accident, but the Rydell team, made it bearable. We missed a few things transferring them to the rental car, but Anne was able to ship them to us, all the way to Canada thank you. Everyone we met in Grand Forks were very helpful from police to the car rental, but special thanks to Anne and Rydell collision. Good people

What an AMAZING experience! Andrew Neumann and his team are a class act! We came in from out of town and our check engine light came on. We stopped by to see if they could/would help and we were greeted by the friendliest people on the planet. Within 15 minutes, they had my car in, did some clever troubleshooting, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for us!!! We had a great experience dealing on our new vehicle and with little kids at home and busy schedules our salesman Arden Loven went out of his way to bring up the vehicle so we could take a look at it without having to drive over an hour to see it. Arden Loven went over and beyond doing his job making sure we got what we wanted and that we were taken care of. The only disappointing thing was waiting for the financial portion which in my mind took way to long, other than that I am very pleased and would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Rydell and defiantly talk to Arden Loven!!!

I had an appointment at 9:30 am and my car wasn t even touched until 2:30 pm. I was not impressed by this. I also was not kept informed very well. I ended up not leaving until 5:30 that evening. Very disappointing!

Spent a while looking around Grand Forks for a used truck. By chance I ran into Arden at a local restaurant and got to talking about my predicament. Without a chance to check inventory on a computer he was able to accurately describe to me 3 vehicles that would fit my need off the top of his head. I was amazed. I met with him a few days later and purchased one of the trucks he suggested. I've had the truck for 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Great buy at a great price.

My brother lives near Grand Forks and does business with Rydell and has for about 30 years. When I couldn't find the used truck that we wanted in our area, we looked online for what we wanted near him. Standard oil change. - Greeted by Ned outside, he took care of the change, alerted me to the need of a tire rotation and a rebate on LOF and Rotation. - Brought my own oil and filter as usual (Only suggestion, carry Mobil 1 15-50 Synthetic and Mobil 1 filters). - Service business office staff were happy to assist after all was done. Overall a very pleasant experience at Rydell as always. ALWAYS feel like they appreciate my business so I'll be back!

I don't think I was actually in this place. I was probably trying to figure out how I still can't find the fricken grand forks library and then falsely accusing google maps of being run by the evil one. I was on a bench in a cemetery. Winds were high, and I was glad that I wasn't. If you are reading this call your Mother and tell her you love her. I need to do that more often. If your mom has passed, I don't know, GO pick up garbage. It's fun and will make your back hurt. Please wear the proper personal protective equipment so you don't get run over by a garbage truck. Some areas of cleanup are the bike path. Under the bridge and along the fence line. There are some rose bushes there so you will want to have good gloves and sleeves. I've been using a property marker as a sissy bar on God's Mountain Bike. It also works as a sword or a garbage extracactor along a fence line. I hope you have a wonderful day. I really do.
