This is an excellent company to work for. Decent starting pay, opportunity for a raise every 6 months. ESOP retirement program, and profit sharing for all employees. I would highly recommend working here!

Don't waste your time, Engineering department needs a great deal of help in managerment. Unclear process, managerment lies all the time. Drafting manager is clueless. Project process is confusing.
Will point the finger at you, when they made the mistakes.. designer beware..

I have worked for this company going on 18 years. I work in the design department. Its been a great company to work for and I will be working here until i retire in a few more years. They have great benefits. One of which is the retirement program called an ESOP that you the employee don't even have to contribute to. If you are detail oriented, willing to work and follow directions, own up to your mistakes (because we all make them) and works well with others then this is the place to be. But if you think you just want to draw a paycheck with out doing the work go somewhere else. We've had lots of people come in saying they can do the job but then we find out they lied on their resume's because their work didn't show the quality or experience they stated they have.
