It is a landmark of the city where many people come to the province, as well as tourists. I mean the gardens, not the building itself.

The council is located in the Gipuzkoa square, which is very pretty, with gardens, a sundial, etc. The square itself is tiny, but worth it. In the line of Donosti, clean and careful to detail.
