They're super sweet, they show you options, they give you free delivery in Montreal and they give you a one year warranty, they speak English and French and they make themselves understood in case you need the Google translator. I think the prices are good.

We bought a used Maytag fridge. After a year and a half, it is defective. I call to have it fixed and they give me the rates. When I invoke the legal guarantee, the man gets angry and retorts that he knows the law by heart and that I will have no chance.

Due to the power supply I need to change my purchase from a set of washer/dryer to washer only, it was my fault but they still help me out. I have a very great experience buying from this company. If I have to pick, the only thing is the delivery time cannot be arranged as I expected.

Good service when purchasing my GM stacked washer dryer. On the other hand 4 years later the electronic controller of the washer is broken and it costs almost the price of a new electric. Poor service on the phone. It was bad advice to buy a stacked one as I have to dispose of the dryer at the same time (though it works). They were overwhelmed so I had to call a competition technician to give me the verdict. So the weakness in the follow-up of service means that I will not buy from this place.

I bought several large appliances from RV Dupuis. It is possible to make good deals at home, they always have a whole range of appliances (especially fridge and stoves) updated or new, at all prices, and they offer free delivery via a provider, which is very punctual and warns you 1 / 2h before arriving ... (and we offer you a 4h time slot for delivery before).
They are always there to answer your questions, and are very accommodating if there is a problem with your purchase.
It's perfect when you have a low budget, want to have an electro quickly or prefer to buy used to save the planet but are wary of Kijiji ...
It is of course very busy in July, you have to be a little patient, but if you are polite you always get satisfaction!

Request for repair of my fridge down on June 29th. We must remember July 15 to try to have an appointment because it is the period of removals. It is not even possible to make an appointment for July 15th.

The salesperson I spoke with (Julian) was very professional, informative, and most importantly, honest. The fridge I purchased is in immaculate condition and clean. They charged me half of what it would have cost to deliver a fridge from another business in my borough. Combine all that with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and you've got a clear winner. In December 2020, I went there to find out if they had a very old oven wire. It was almost impossible what I asked for, but they searched and called everywhere. 3 days later, they had managed to find a thread for me. It was truly impeccable service, and the employees were super nice. I will definitely stay there again if I have another problem.

The only store on the island of Montreal where I was able to find an item for my oven on Sunday. They saved my supper!

After my call, a repairman came just 2 days later, on December 31st, fixed the defective part for free and above all, he was extremely friendly! OK, no more. We must check prices elsewhere, in supermarkets, before knowing the actual discount offered. Also check the invoice which indicates $ 15 for the delivery, while the delivery is supposedly free, the $ 15 being "for picking up the appliance at home". Why not say it at the time of purchase? Why not indicate picking up the device on the invoice? Is there an eel under rock?

No gloves, no mask when delivering all our new appliances, during Covid-19. The health & safety measures are mandatory for all.: mask & gloves even on July 2nd 2020.
No communication regarding us having to disinfect our appliances prior to arrival.

Zero professionalism
And on top of it creating frustration by not communicating at all to his delivery team any informations about old appliances.
Shame on you not able to offer basis customer service and adequate staff training during Covid-19.

I took them to court and won my case. The formal notice is registered with the OPC. It should convince you not to go there.

If I could give - 1000 I would. I will avoid you the details, but I had an endless saga between 2015 and 2018 with RV Dupuis after they sold me a remanufactured 2006 fridge with used parts going even over 20 years old. age!

When the old compressor failed, they didn't want to honor the warranty. They treated me with contempt and
