We hesitated to buy our fridge from them: the comments on google were not all positive ...
But after doing several shops, we gave in to the temptation - a fridge was exactly what we wanted. So we bought a big fridge in February 2019. Unfortunately, it broke down in December, during the holidays. I thought then that it would be a disaster, but no! After my call, a repairman came just 2 days later, on December 31st, fixed the defective part for free and above all, he was extremely friendly! My boyfriend loves to understand how things work and the repairman explained everything, with a smile and in a good mood. Good experience therefore, with a real satisfaction of the after-sales / repair service!
