I'm not very happy with them.
The deal is close that is undeniable, but after acquiring some high-mid-range headphones, after 6 months a problem appeared in the right earphone, it was under warranty and they solved the problem for me.
6 months after the repair, the same problem reappeared in the same hearing aid, it was fixed again under warranty.
6 months after the second repair, the same problem reappeared for the third time in the same headphone, they solved it for me under guarantee.
And 6 months after the third repair, the same problem reappeared in the same hearing aid, they repaired and reinforced it WITHOUT INDICATING THAT FOR 3 DAYS THE WARRANTY HAD PASSED, AND THE AMOUNT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ARRANGEMENT ... ..
IT IS THE BEST ARRANGEMENT THAT THEY HAVE MADE ME, BY A LOT OF DIFFERENCE.
MY SURPRISE, THAT I HAD TO PAY 97 FOR THE FIXATION OF A PROBLEM THAT HAD BEEN DRAGING SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE HEADPHONES.
WHY DIDN'T YOU MAKE THIS ARRANGEMENT FROM THE BEGINNING ??? THEY WAITED TO MAKE IT WHEN THE WARRANTY HAD ENDED, IN 2 YEARS THEY COULD HAVE SOLVED IT BEING UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY DIDN'T DO IT, I HAD TO PAY AN ARRANGEMENT THAT HAD A SOLUTION AND WAS NOT MADE WHILE THE WARRANTY WAS IN FORCE ........
IN THIS WAY, BOTH THE WORKSHOP AND THE RV ALFA CENTER, TAKE A COMMISSION AND WITH THE GUARANTEE THERE IS NO COMMISSION FOR ANYONE ........
NOTHING SEEMS TO ME RIGHT HOW THEY HAVE TREATED MY PROBLEM.
I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY FOR THE SOLUTION THEY HAVE GIVEN ME

After trying and being dissatisfied in several centers, I went to RV Alfa 5 years ago and since then I always go to them; first class professionals, seriousness and kindness in the deal.

As always very well attended by Sonia. Good prices. There are bathrooms. Always fast and very friendly. We have never had problems in parking on the street itself before reaching Arturo Soria.

Reference in as an audiological center. Miriam and the speech therapist who attended us are very professional. Audiological tests at the same level as the Navarra Clinic, also a reference, but cheaper, immediate and exceptional care. Highly recommended in very complex cases. In our case child audilogy

I go many times to RV RV but always waiting in the waiting room for half an hour or so ... I'm already tired of so much time waiting.

They should improve appointment time planning.

I hope it will be punctual next time.

My son has attended several sessions without experiencing any improvement and although I have asked several times how many sessions he will need to overcome his problem, they do not give me any information. I had to find the reference online.
