I'm not very happy with them.

I'm not very happy with them.
The deal is close that is undeniable, but after acquiring some high-mid-range headphones, after 6 months a problem appeared in the right earphone, it was under warranty and they solved the problem for me.
6 months after the repair, the same problem reappeared in the same hearing aid, it was fixed again under warranty.
6 months after the second repair, the same problem reappeared for the third time in the same headphone, they solved it for me under guarantee.
And 6 months after the third repair, the same problem reappeared in the same hearing aid, they repaired and reinforced it WITHOUT INDICATING THAT FOR 3 DAYS THE WARRANTY HAD PASSED, AND THE AMOUNT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ARRANGEMENT ... ..
IT IS THE BEST ARRANGEMENT THAT THEY HAVE MADE ME, BY A LOT OF DIFFERENCE.
MY SURPRISE, THAT I HAD TO PAY 97 FOR THE FIXATION OF A PROBLEM THAT HAD BEEN DRAGING SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE ACQUISITION OF THE HEADPHONES.
WHY DIDN'T YOU MAKE THIS ARRANGEMENT FROM THE BEGINNING ??? THEY WAITED TO MAKE IT WHEN THE WARRANTY HAD ENDED, IN 2 YEARS THEY COULD HAVE SOLVED IT BEING UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY DIDN'T DO IT, I HAD TO PAY AN ARRANGEMENT THAT HAD A SOLUTION AND WAS NOT MADE WHILE THE WARRANTY WAS IN FORCE ........
IN THIS WAY, BOTH THE WORKSHOP AND THE RV ALFA CENTER, TAKE A COMMISSION AND WITH THE GUARANTEE THERE IS NO COMMISSION FOR ANYONE ........
NOTHING SEEMS TO ME RIGHT HOW THEY HAVE TREATED MY PROBLEM.
I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY FOR THE SOLUTION THEY HAVE GIVEN ME
