Worthless. Truly the prototype of a service that you don't ask for - and that keeps sending you ghost invoices. Scammers. Don't fall for it!

We are very dissatisfied with Deskbookers. They offer that you can cancel as a customer, but then do not deposit your money back. In doing so, they unnecessarily complicate the process by automatically canceling the entire invoice and then moving it with money in an untransparent way. The customer service is also often poorly accessible. We have been back several times to get our money back. That is really no service. Does not offer canceling! We have given feedback several times, but unfortunately nothing has improved in the past 9 months.

Are you looking for a meeting room, then book directly at the location! Often cheaper and everything arranged and agreed immediately.
Now you will first only reserve the space through deskbookers. You then have to contact the location to coordinate further wishes such as catering. No added value!

Booked a space through Deskbookers. Had an important presentation and booked a projector. Come on location, no projector present and also not possible to arrange one. Now I have to give my presentation via a laptop screen, unacceptable.

I have had some difficult experiences with this company, however the exact cause is for now unknown and they have made steps to solve this, so I will update my review when we have solved this issue.

Booking a lunch did not go well.
Was in my overview / payment, but not on the confirmation. I was able to solve this within a few hours via email. But you wouldn't have seen it.

It is not first time right.

Pricing is vague. Desktop was more expensive than the mobile. (Incidentally, bad to book via mobile)
If I calculate the hourly rate from the site, I end up paying a little more.
Prices are excl. Booking costs, you will only see this late.

Needed a seminar room very spontaneously and immediately found it via Deskbookers! Within a few minutes the reservation made! Great concept!

Booking is simple, the costs are fully transparent in advance (no unexpected extras) and the booked space met all expectations with a friendly welcome from all participants in the meeting.

Finally ONE website where I can browse and book meeting rooms, without any difficulties :)

I want to report this company, called "DeskBookers" for very unethical practices: I have a center where I offer rooms for courses. It turns out that WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I see my spaces published on this page, where clients supposedly arrive. They had copied my name, my opening hours and everything. And I don't want to be on this page. I try to contact them by chat and they don't tell me anything !! Please report this company !!

very difficult to reach, both by phone and chat, this has been the case for a few months, very annoying tune when you are on hold, while they can safely leave you waiting for half an hour, otherwise fine in terms of the spaces

Rented space with facilities. Facilities were not available. Presentation not possible.

We have been booking through Deskbookers for years. All of a sudden, without prior notice, 5 booking fee per booking is charged after long years of collaboration. When inquiring about a series of multiple bookings we are referred back to the website. 5 will be charged per booked date of the series. This while you yourself have to puzzle which space is available when. For a lot of euros extra, a lot of service less.

Deskbookers is a reliable party that makes it very easy to rent vacant space to interested parties. Excellent customer service!
