Expensive, but well worth the money. Very nice for that special occasion.

The food is phenomenal!! And Luke, our waiter, was awesome!! Will definitely return!!

I have patronized at least 12-15 Ruth s Chris locations across the country, and they are always consistently excellent or better.

This location says it s Ruth s Chris, but it is not. This restaurant does not deserve to be talked about as a fine dining restaurant. Our experience was beyond disappointing from the host stand to the final check. It was visibly apparent that the staff ALL truly hate their jobs. The food was inconsistent and very poor quality, and the service was the worst I think I have ever had.

Six of us ordered steaks, and 1 of them came out cooked properly. The appetizers were cold and pretty small compared to normal . The wait service was so bad that we just quit asking for anything and got out of there.

If you have an important business dinner, this is not the place to go. It says Ruth s Chris on the door, but it IS NOT Ruth s Chris in any way, shape or form.

Whoever is running the show is either blind, or completely clueless as to what fine dining and hospitality is. Ruth s Chris needs to send an audit team into this location immediately. This group is damaging your brand!

The service was less than subpar, the food was exceptional.

Went for my birthday, the restaurant was practically empty. it was a weekday so we were happy with that outcome during this covid era. I had a party of 4. Since the restaurant was practically empty you would think the staff would be happy to accommodate us. They sat us in a dirty booth, there was crumbs all through the seat which leaves me to believe they aren t properly cleaning behind guest during covid.

Our server seemed irritated and rushed spoke barely letting us complete Saying our orders. We were served cold bread and butter and our ribeye took forever to come out. After waiting about 40min for my steak the temperature was wrong and bland as could be. I prefer medium steak and I received a well done steak. I do have to commend my server for replacing my steak in under 5min. I am assuming I mostly received someone else s steak bc that was ridiculously fast. So sorry to whoever had to wait even longer for their food. This was my first Time dining with them and I can say it DID NOT live up to the hype AT ALL!!

Food was excellent. Had a 4:00 reservation for 10, got there early and had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. Server was excellent, friendly, and attentive. Food took longer than I wanted to arrive but everything was well.

Very pleasant dinning. However both steaks came out rare when ordered medium. Steaks just don't taste a good after putting back on the grill.

Ruth Chris steakhouse downtown by centennial Olympic park is a very nice,high-end steakhouse which has a great cusine.They are slowly trying to resume business but as many other restaurants post covid it is still a little slow.I would highly recommend Ruth Chris especially their steaks.Great place to celebrate our anniversary.

So we just got here to celebrate friends. Waited on our reservation table. The server spilled water everywhere on my part of the table showing no common courtesy, I'm sorry or nothing. Water runs in my lap and no offer of a towel or bothered to clean it up. Please fire her that served our water sat us down. Ruin my whole night

To me it's just good scenery. No flavor, and overpriced. I prefer longhorns

Lamb chops were amazing! First time having it and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection how I wanted it. I couldn't believe the first bite. Sweet potatoes casserole will make you wonder what heaven you entered in. Customer service was friendly and professional. Zac was the best table server.

For steak lovers, when in Atlanta, a visit to Ruth s Chris Steak House is must. The restaurant is located at Embassy Suites hotel. Each steak is made in an exacting and caring way as ordered. The staff is engaging and involved in recommending the right steak. The ambience of restaurant is wonderful. Our experience was extremely enjoyable.

The calamari at this location is impeccable.....so tender and flavorful. If you want crab cakes, check with the waiter. The hot crab cake entree isn't listed on the menu, but it's definitely available....and so worth it !!!!

Top flight everything! Great bartending staff very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant for all occasions and might even have to make up a few reasons to go.

It's is extremely expensive for a normal food. Your better off at Longhorn steakhouse.

We had reservations for 615, got there at 600, we were promptly seated. We ordered the stuffed chicken, lamb chops and the 16oz ribeye. All were very good and cooked to perfection. Those are the pros, the cons are we ordered shortly after arriving drinks then food, drinks arrived about 20 minutes later, I ordered beer that took an additional 10, she brought the wrong beer, waited even longer for the correct one. We received our food at about 730 ish, an extremely long wait for our food. Everything was correct except they brought asparagus which we didn't order but we enjoyed and charged for. I ordered another beer upon receiving our food, we were done eating and well past ready to go before our other drinks arrived. I refused the beer and other drinks when the waitress came back, I asked for the check and a to go box which was another 20 minute wait. All in all we enjoyed it but if you plan to go with more than 2 people plan to be there for about 3 hours. I looked around the restaurant, the people who were there when we arrived were the same people there as we were leaving. In short food is good maybe slightly over priced, extremely long waits, I'd suggest going in knowing what you want and when you have your waitress or waiters attention tell them everything then. It wasn't only us, it was an domino effect, we ordered the people around us ordered, every ones stuff came out in that order and everyone sat around waiting. FYI 3 adults and one child = $230 bill with a $50 tip = $280

Consistently good food! You can t get anything that s not good! Sit in the bar area the staff is friendly and you get to just relax and enjoy a great meal!

Upscale restaurant, upscale price, average food. Steak was same quality as lonestar or texas Roadhouse, twice the price. Atmosphere was nice, service was mediocre.

Ask for my food to be well DONE it was medium well. Then they couldn t accommodate me for the $300 I spent with them but told me they could throw my food back on the grill that is nasty During COVID 19. She s trying to treat me like a animal. Very disappointed especially for a first time

My favorite place to eat. Upscale best stuffed chicken in the world. The sweet potato casserole and Ruth's chop salad is amazing. Lots of seating. The service is A-1.

awful awful!! Waitress cooks not of been any more rude to my wife. Would not stop staring and looking at her with a mean look. Streak was dried beyond belief because we had ordered a salad then 2 minutes later the steaks showed up. I sent them back but they then had the guilts to bring the same steak dried hard as a rock. The steak knife would not eve cut through. Will never go back I discourage anyone from going to this location!!

The lobster Mac and cheese was better than the steak.

The T-bone steak was perfectly cooked but poorly seasoned (insufficient salt). If you need to add salt at the table, there's something wrong. Esp since the steak was of such high quality, thick, juicy and,,,, expensive. Shame,,,

I'm a regular at Ruth's Chris at Centennial Park and every time it is great. Only thing they need to work on is the waiters and the front desk staff. Our waiters are always slow and the front desk always seem to have an attitude. I usually finish my food before I even get asked for a refill. Nothing wrong with the cooks the food is always amazing.

This place is filled with completely rude staff. If you love top notch service don't come here

Zac was an awesome server and this Assistant General Manager made our less than pleasant visit. They both went above and beyond to make our experience better.

From what I heard about Ruth's Chris is that the stakes melt-in-your-mouth what I didn't hear is that the service is not as good as it should be for the price of the steak. I sat at the bar waiting for the rest of the dinner party to arrive in literally the bartender walk past me four or five times before someone else at the bar got that person's attention I was very disappointed because I have heard so much about you guys

For the price the portions are small, the stake and salmon weren't seasoned well at all. I ordered 2 of the same drinks and the 2nd was watered down. A complete waste of my time and money. I will never go back or tell anyone else to go.

COMPLETELY disappointing. My wife and I went here expecting the best. We got the worst table, the worst waitress and the worst food. The steak was horribly fatty and cooked improperly. Informed the manager and he didn't care we were dissatisfied. I mentioned our experience to the valet and he confirmed that we weren't the only ones. Evidently, this Ruth's Chris has a terrible reputation. Go to the one in Buckhead. This one is a known lemon.

Superb food, great service. Visited with friends with the Atlanta Hawks and GWCC. Food did not dissapoint.

Yes, its a chain steakhouse, but it's a nice one. The service was excellent. When I made the reservation, they asked me if it was a special occasion. My Goddaughter was graduating from high school and I was taking her to a fancy restaurant. When we got there, they gave a special bread pudding with rum sauce, free and unprompted. The rest of the food was great as well.

Nice place to think about business. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here.

We ve frequented Ruth s all over the country and this was by far the worst experience! We went to have Valentine s Day lunch and I can t believe how bad the experience was. You would think they would bring the A game on that special occasion. The server greeted us only with y all ready to order . Literally that s all she said. We had to ask for our wine twenty minutes after ordering it because she forgot to put it in with our order. We ordered our steaks medium and they were both over cooked to the point of well done. Service was terrible and the food was not prepared as ordered. When dining at Ruth s we expect better. This was by far the worst Ruth s experience ever.

Our waiter Vedran was great. Very accommodating and pleasant. My cesar salad was good but just too wet. I should've asked for the dressing on the side. My husband's crab cakes were ok. Refreshing id say. The calamari was good aswell

Apparently the dress code has been done away with at Ruth's Chris in Atlanta. This was not an isolated incident. This place is a total disaster the past 3 days. Won't be coming back to the hotel or Ruth's Chris. Too bad, love the filet.

As a frequent guest at RC, I was extremely disappointed in this visit. Upon arriving around 9:30 pm the host took almost 10 minutes to find us seating in a practically empty restaurant. We decided to just sit at a booth in the bar area. Our server was decent but I definitely noticed he was ready to go home. The food was horrible compared to my previous dining experiences. Everything lacked flavor and the soup, sides, and dessert were literally freezing cold. Our server heated our soup quickly but we didn't even mention the quality of the other food, and didn't bother to eat it. Both steaks were tough even prepared medium and we had to ask for steak sauce (something we never use for our steak)This is the latest we have ever dined here so maybe the kitchen already started cleaning up and the sides were just off to the side not heated. I would think my bread pudding should be warm but I'm almost positive it was in the refrigerator. My thoughts leaving the restaurant was I should have just cooked this evening. On the bright side the wine (Siduri) and shrimp were amazing. Hopefully the next time I decide to spend $175 on dinner it will be worthwhile.

Delicious food, romantic atmosphere, good drinks, Terrible parking.

Food was great as always, although service was mediocre at best. Our waiter was absent during most of the meal and we sat with empty drink glasses until the end of the meal when he brought the check . Next time we will go to the Buckhead location.

They truly have the best steaks I've ever had. Order the filet, medium rare and you'll be a believer as well! Their creamed spinach is also one of my favorites. I honestly do not think you can go wrong at Ruth's Chris, just be prepared to pay for what you're getting - high quality service and phenomenal food!
