From my very first introductory meeting Shannon & I clicked so incredibly well. So well that I ended up quitting my part-time job to come work for her! Shannon was & is extremely professional and personable without being high pressure. She helped me sell my townhouse during the end of the winter season, the marketing (pics & advertising) were done beautifully. In the 2 days it was on the market we ended up with over 40 showings, 14 offers and got well above asking price!

Shannon also helped me purchase my new home and with no idea of what I truly wanted. I ended up deciding to build a home which is quite the process. She was there every step of the way explaining everything to me and advocating for me. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!
