A truck from Russell transport has a blow out, as I was passing them. The tire tread damaged my vehicle. I called them immediately. It has been almost 2 months. I still haven't gotten them to honor one word they say. Still don't know who their insurance company is. No claim number. Nada! $1800.00 damages to my car. I am a disabled woman with the smallest income you can imagine. My insurance called them and they lie repeatedly to them. I cannot stand it when someone breaks their word repeatedly. It is a true sign of a person's character. Romy Frias is the claims man. He has made numerous promises. Kept ZERO! I have left messages for his supervisors as well.... Crickets!
If you are in an accident with them, If you are shipping with them, If you work for them, best of luck. Better yet, just don't!

I received a call from a recruiter asking if I would be interested in hiring on, and I initially did go through orientation and was approved. I was set to roll out but was having major second thoughts about it, not because of anything they did or said, but because of my own personal reasons. I returned my paperwork and badge with my apologies, and they could not have been nicer about it. Very nice people there, and were very respectful and friendly. Thank you, Russell for understanding.

Dispatch Tony knowingly booked a load that the driver not have the hours to do. A major part of a dispatchers job is to know the hours of his driver. This particular driver (according to dispatch) was sitting for 4 days prior so his 34 hr reset should have been done and driver should have been fresh and if the driver was not fresh on hours he should not have been assigned the load. They proceeded to pickup the load knowing that they were going to be late and avoided answering my questions. If you care about your freight avoid booking this company!

Ive been here for almost 8 months. Ive had a great experience from mechanics, dispatch, safety, payroll. Went from company driver to owner op. Smooth transition and very help full.

Not a professional company at all. Their dispatchers don't know what they're doing half the time and act rude and very unprofessional. If you're not "friendly" back at Ina (a female dispatcher) she'll stop giving you good loads and just won't deal with you. Everything would be fine if they just hired professional dispatchers who are there to work, not clown around or get "friendly" with drivers. This is what's been told to me by my husband, but I can hear and see the stress he has gone through with this company. Better and professional dispatchers is all this company needs to run an amazing business!
