November 2, 2018 while at work, I had an electrical fire in my home. We've all heard nightmares of dealing with insurance agencies, adjusters, contractors, etc. It is with great pleasure that I can report that my experience with State Farm was exactly the opposite. Within 48 hours Brian, the adjuster was at my home, not only did he thoroughly reviewed my policy with me, but he also told me what to expect going forward, He handed me a check for items I may need right away. His professionalism did not stop there; every time I called him he has been empathetic and has taken the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He has never made me feel like a burden. He worked with Dustin from DNC Contracting in Bay City to get construction started on my house immediately. Within 6 weeks, I received my contents replacement check, the first check for construction and continued correspondence relating to my loss. I am thankful that my son recommended State Farm Insurance to me when I purchased my home; and while I hope no one ever has to experience this type of loss, I do hope you have the comfort of having State Farm Insurance to guide you along the way.
