Drove 2 hours out of our way because website said they were open. Got there and the showroom is only open by appt. What a waste of time to see a few racks of clothing.

Got a response back from the owner that they had someone waiting to escort us if we would have waited 30 seconds. Complete lie. At no point did anyone say that to us or try to stop us from leaving with that information. They let us walk away even after I expressed our concern about driving so far.

Don't own a motorcycle so I can't rate it. But in my opinion, after seeing the accident victims and knowing the huge number of idiots driving on RI roads I would think really hard about driving a donor-cycle. Yup, that's what they call a motorcycle in the hospitals.

Very good setup for purchases. The bathroom (portapotty) ladies and gentleman extremely clean. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.

Decided to take a ride from Kingston MA and see what they had to offer, and get my husband a birthday gift. Had a nice tour from Amy who told us about the history of their building. I am thinking about getting a trike and they were very helpful with my questions about mechanical things and did not pressure me at all. Would go back there again in a heartbeat!

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Ocean State Harley Davidson. The staff is welcoming and top notch in customer service. They have a great showroom for motorcycles, clothing and parts. I purchased a new 2018 Softail Slim $1,000 below MRSP and no doc fees. The sales manager Steve is terrific and will not pressure you into anything. This was a smooth transaction and I left the store happy.

Inherited an Electra Glide purchased new here by my father in Law. My first visit to the Dealership. Very impressed by the way customers were greeted and treated. Steve and Vance were positive, patient, and knowledgeable. The entire staff actively engaged every customer throughout their visit, They had the accessories and parts I was looking for in stock at a reasonable price. A great experience.

Great place to shop for Harley apparel, helmets and anything else Harley. This store is huge and the sales personnel, especially Cathy are fun and informative. You feel like family here. The motorcycle selection is par none and the parts and service departments are top notch.

Staff was very friendly. We were greeted promptly when my and I arrived and advised they were limiting people inside due to Covid-19 restrictions. We had our mini poodle Marley with us and asked if he could go inside to which they replied absolutely. We browsed the sale racks outside and then told them we were ready to look inside. One of the employees walked in with us, pointed out the sales showroom and merchandise areas and said I'll be nearby if you need any help.

We browsed for awhile and picked out a couple of t-shirts. My wife was very happy to find women's shirts with custom backs, something that for some reason many dealers don't carry.

More friendly employees at checkout asked where we were from and we found out one of the girls has a neice that is looking for a house close to our neighborhood in Maryland.

My dad came from Brazil to visit me and ride a Harley Davidson Electra Glide. We left from MA towards RI and we stopped by Russ' Ocean State to purchase some Harley's products at the store. So, my dad retuned to Brazil and after about two weeks he received a Thank You card in his mail box from the store. He was very impressed and extremely happy with the card. Thank you Russ' Ocean Harley Davidson for the great customer service and for the consideration. Now, you have an international fan for life!

All staff makes you feel welcome and right at home there. They make sure your questions are answered and take the time with you to make sure you get exactly what your looking for.

Keith at parts helped me on a stripped clutch lever that I was having a hard time working on. Super nice guy, friendly and professional! This was my 2nd time at this location. 1st time a lady had helped me and told me a little history on the location. She told me to have a look around and check out some of the cool items they have in the store. What a great store with such great genuine people! I will be back.

Aren't many Harley places in R.I. Only two that I know of.

Ok. So this is so phenomenally overdue. When it comes to any kind of a sales/merchant interactions, Ideally, you'd go to a place with great products, fair prices, and quality individuals. Never in my life have I come across such a combination of the three.

It's unfortunately been long enough that I don't recall the names of the family that owns this store--despite the fact that they imparted on me one of the most human and generous experiences of my life--and my notebook which would have their names was stolen from me recently.

Allow me to recount this from top to bottom to utterly sell you on why you should--and I will--shop here forever and always for your future motorcycle needs even if you are across the country (california here. And I AM traveling back here on a stopover from Europe just to return!).

Firstly, I reached out to store my bike here while I went to Europe for a short trip. The price was extremely fair and, since it's a proper shop, I didn't have to drain my tank like you would in self-storage and they kept my battery tended. Well, I hit bad traffic and they were so patient and gave me no trouble though I needed to arrive an hour and a half after they closed. AND they gave me a ride to the airport that night and offered to store some other goods I had mounted to the bike. (I had just finished the IBA 1500mile and a cross-country trip so a fair amount of gear). We had some great chats about traveling and beautiful parts of the US on our way.

Fast-forward to the return:
I arrived back late Fall to New England incredibly broke due to some misfortune in Europe and was not equipped to camp outside having geared for only camping on the summer West-to-East part of the journey. They offered me some food and a thick bag to use for the night and pointed me to a smart place to sleep at the far edge of the property. If i recall correctly, they were even contemplating getting me inside somewhere and sending me off with some warmer layers for the journey south.

This business is a fairy-tale place of business and I look forward to making a detour from absolutely anywhere in the world to interact with this amazing group of individuals. Cared for me as well as they cared for my bike and they've done such a great job at preserving some great history.

All of that AND it's a Harley shop! Does it get any better?!

This place made a customer for life in me. From ownership down they are respectful, kind and just want to help you get the best bike for you. I recently had a horror story at another dealer and this place was heaven compared to them. They are upfront, honest and transparent. If you're in the market for a bike go visit them.
