I highly recommend if you're going to buy a Harley Davidson motorcycle, to go to Russ Ocean State Harley Davidson. They are friendly and very helpful.

It was a great experience. I haven't been on the road in 20 years. The salesman bob I worked with today was so helpful and honest with me about everything. I will surely be back there in the next 2 months to finalize my decision and drive off with a new street glide. Thank you Bob.

Russ' Ocean State Harley-Davidson is amazing! Everytime I walk through the door, I'm greeted by Russ and the rest of the friendly staff. i bought my last HD from them and the transaction was super easy and there was service with a smile. They have a great selection of everything Harley. You've got to check this place out... You won't be disappointed!

I was very impressed with Ocean State Harley. The building screams 1950s with that retro brick facade and garage mechanic style theme on the outside of the building. It reminded me of the neighborhood garage where everyone went to get their car fixed. However, inside was all modern Harley Davidson with the largest showroom of cycles I have seen outside of my own state and the selection of apparel was fantastic. I had a hard time picking out shirts for the guys as Christmas presents. This was the perfect place to get HD paraphernalia. Much better than their rival shop on Pawtucket, RI.

The owner is absolutely amazing she is hands-down the staff was so helpful and wonderful to us you can only imagine. They even babysit my ponies while I shopped

Stopped in today and can not even go in the building. Have a little bit of clothes outside. Wanted to look at bikes thinking of upgrading the guy says I will get it and bring it outside. I will go to Pawtucket and buy will never go back to Ocean State

Back during the days of markups from waiting lists and some dealers doing shady stuff like swapping out normal tins with anniversary tins to charge more, OSHD were running legitimate deals and specials. The reason I mention this is because it shows what kind of integrity the business is run with and how they actually care about more than just the bottom line. They care about people. And they care about their customers. In an environment where corporate usually means cut throat, they are a family. You could do no better for service or sales than Ocean State when it comes to any dealer in Southern New England. (Say hi to Amy, Dana, and or Barbara and of course Russ while there. Some of the most genuine people around)

Awesome people very helpful unfortunately couldn't go inside the building because of covid.

They refused give me a state inspection sticker because I own an INDIAN CHIEFTAIN. Jealousy is a wicked thing and the other reazon that's I will never own another Harley. Plus I got tired of REPAIRING mine

They have a great showroom with everything you could ever want or need. Very knowledgeable people that make you feel welcomed. I will definitely be a life long customer, and look forward to going back with friends.

Very nice shop tucked away on a somewhat hidden street. I have been to many H-D dealers picking up shirts for all the states I visit. The staff was quick to greet and help out when i had questions. They even pulled shirts from the back and offered them well before they were to be on the shelfs. Not once have I had anybody from any other H-D dealer stop and help somebody looking at shirts. Friendly and quick it is a great place!
