Carolina Sports Inc. Review

I'm not happy with my service. Daughter pictures came with a terrible glare that couldn't be taken out even with them redoing it. As many times I done talked to them and spelled my name for them they send me a refund check made out to To the parent of and then my child name instead of me. Then when I tell the lady about the problem she tells me what other people was able to do with a check addressed like that instead of just fixing the problem.

I am dissatisfied with this company. Very unprofessional staff!! First year my son school sports physical the first year I paid over $40 for pictures we did not use(due to the photographer not making sure my son took a presentable picture)...I am pretty sure if you are a professional photographer that's your job to make sure you take a good shot of the student. When I asked for refund the company had the nerve to inform me I would have to pay for shipping to return them back. The following year instead of me paying up front I request to view the pictures and was told I had 48 hour window to pay therefore I had to call the company to ask the rep was the picture a good or bad picture this time. I paid online after the so called "48 window gap" received a call from the rep informing me I will not receive the pictures until I pay a shipping fee. After asking speak with the manager who was very rude and hung up the phone on me I called back to speak with Mark the owner. I have worked in customer service for many years and have never disrespected a customer. I will not be disrespected as a paying customer either!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!!!!!

I have to say I am a satisfied customer. My daughter had pictures made and it was confirmed by CSI that they were printed and sent to the school. When I explained that I did not get them and the school stated they didnt have them, they called me back a few minutes later a graciously told me they would reprint and send them to asap. I know they could have easily said not their problem but they did not. It is greatly appreciated! For that I give them 5 stars for stepping up!

Very professional and polite customer service. The rep went out of her way to help me find the image numbers for my daughter's junior varsity soccer photos!

Very unprofessional photographers that arrive late for the shoot and then leave before taking half of the photographs

As a head football coach and athletic director for 33 years I can say without a doubt that this is a top notch company with fantastic performance and service! During my career I never used another photography company and never had reason to change! If there ever was a problem it got fixed quickly and that was very rare. I also had 3 children that played sports and all had sports pictures taken by Carolina Sports all which were superb! The quality is first class!
Mark and Yvonne are great supporters of the coaches association and generously give to the scholarship fund every year. There support has been tremendous! There are few businesses that give back to the kids and their families in such a positive way!
I highly recommend this company to any and all schools for their photography needs! The University of SC and Clemson both use them which speaks volumes as well as many other colleges around the state!

Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. They're packages are designed to maximize their profit and a re not suited for the customer. If you just want certain pictures or sizes be prepared to pay a fortune for your prints. Don't order after 48 hours or be prepared to be hit with additional service fees. Would never recommend this company. The only reason I am using them is because my school uses them and I have no other choice to get my prints. Hate the way they do business!!
