Very bad experience and will not be coming back. I had an appointment at 10am for oil change. Its 11.45am and my truck is still waiting to be serviced. When asked about the deley, I was told that the appointments do not guarantee time serviced. I inderstand the deley but by almost 2 hours and still counting???? In addition, very rude attendant. Didn t even appologized for the deley.
