Non-existent service, poor selection, had to wait outside for over 20 minutes. They say they control to a certain limit, but they don't seem to adhere to that rule. I recommend shopping online and skipping this store.
Great experience! Aaron was very attentive and helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for. For being so picky, I couldn t believe I left with TWO pairs of shoes! The selection is great, highly recommend!
You need to go here. We went on a Saturday and the kind salesperson spent more than an hour with us. I ended up changing my shoe to a Saucony Kinvara 12 and it's cured my shin pain. There's no other place I'd recommend to check out running stuff, and I've gone to a lot of stores.
My first time coming here, and my background is I'd only recently taken up running, noticed some problems and decided I needed new running shoes. As a middle-aged been, I didn't feel self-conscious at all. Low key, felt comfortable in the store. Mike was patient and showed me different styles of shoe for road running and we eventually found one I liked.
One of the features I liked most of all is I felt I was working with someone who knows what they're talking about. Someone who runs, has experience, and knew the differences between all the models and styles. Highly recommend.

They helped us figure out what we needed, took our time, made sure things fit our feet and lifestyle perfectly. If I ever need ANY running equipment, I am coming to this store! I had a great experience today finding a new pair of sneakers. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs and helpful in suggesting shoes that would be a better fit for my feet. I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes that fit great. They also take returns within 30 days and have discounted shoes for sale that have been returned. My husband previously bought a relatively new pair of brooks for a great price.
The guys that were working there were pleasant, if a little aloof, but the store itself has a pretty terrible selection of men's clothing. Worse yet, no fitting room at all... By the way, for all the "mom & pop" vibes that the store gives off, it's owned by JackRabbit (which owns similar stores around the country). I'd expect better selection and something as basic as a fitting room from what's essentially a large national chain.
Got a pair and paid for it a week ago, received an email indicating the same. After a weeks goes by still no tracking number despite the store sales guy says the shoes will be there from one of our sister stores in 3 to 5 days. Then I decide to call the store on the 6th day asking why I didn't receive the tracking number for the shoes, Shelby who thought of herself the world Oh they coming from New Balance directly and it would be 12-14 days and then hangs up the phone. The worst customer service I ever received from a staff member who doesn't care for a company name like Jack Rabbit. A word of advice Jack Rabbit be careful of the staff that you hire since it could have a very profound impact on a customer.
My first time in Princeton. Long way from Somerset. Very congested area with both pedestrians and vehicular traffic. Difficult to find. Parking was a nightmare. Got a $40 ticket. However. The staff was courteous and helpful.
I feel judged WHENEVER I go in here.
Most of the employees are athletes. And they seem to be very knowledgeable about their shoes.
My sister's a runner and can hold her own in conversation about the sport.
They accept returns, which is one more reason she likes to go here for her shoes.
They also have a treadmill to analyze your gait.
Small mom & pop shop on Nassau Street. Can't go wrong!
