Got a pair and paid for it a week ago, received an email indicating the same. After a weeks goes by still no tracking number despite the store sales guy says the shoes will be there from one of our sister stores in 3 to 5 days. Then I decide to call the store on the 6th day asking why I didn't receive the tracking number for the shoes, Shelby who thought of herself the world Oh they coming from New Balance directly and it would be 12-14 days and then hangs up the phone. The worst customer service I ever received from a staff member who doesn't care for a company name like Jack Rabbit. A word of advice Jack Rabbit be careful of the staff that you hire since it could have a very profound impact on a customer.
