People taking two machines at a time. Rude and no support from the staff.

I was not impressed with this casino when I went there a few months ago. The staff was not very good about bringing drinks and when they did they didn't tell you that they were actually charging them not giving them away free like other casinos. They do have a buffet that is on par with other Casino restaurants but I believe it is very low quality. I would not recommend this location

Amazing food, generous and caring staff! Xavier in the hot springs express has Great customer service skills nd was so helpful when I placed my order. Best cheeseburger! Fresh ingredients and light hearted staff. I enjoy bringing my youngest son for mommy and me dates. Highly recommended!!

Very nice casino friendly employees they go they go the extra mile to help you they also have a very good snack bar and there wild Creek restaurant has good food and they have some very good buffet on Tuesday and Thursday they have a brunch for 10 dollars plus it senior day for anyone 50 or older you get 5 dollars free play and if you get 50 points that day you can get your brunch for free plus Wednesday night they have an all you can eat buffet from seafood to American food I think this buffet cost 24.95 and Wednesday morning they have a buffet with an omelette bar these morning buffet Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday morning from 10 am till 2 pm and it's only cost you ten dollars they have breakfast and lunch from eggs sausage bacon to mashed potatoes and gravy to fish and fried chicken salsbarry steak well worth the price and then on the night they don't have the buffet you can sit down in the wild Creek restaurant an order from there menu they feature Delmonico steak and prime rib go check it out you won't be disappointed

Great buffets. Always a fresh batch of crystal meth for sale in the parking lot if that's your thing. Personally I'm there for French toast.

LOVE Running Creek Casino. Don't gamble much but the restaurant is GREAT. Food is good, hot and plentiful.

I have made friends with some folks there. Wonderful people. Go at night and meet Ken, the floor manager. Tell him I said hey! It won't curry any special treatment but he'll know I'm keeping an eye on him. ( Just kidding, Kenny old man).

Nice Modern casino, new slots, player rewards for slots are great, table games sucks, they change their game and limits when customers start winning, on blackjack if a customer is winning more then 500 they only deal one hand per deck? Really WTH? How is that for customer service? I would never play tables there again. Dealers are terrible, I just go there for the slots once in a while..

The slots are tight and some of the characters who hang out looking for change and dropped tickets make it difficult to give a good review. The rewards and promotions are much more desireable and easier to redeem, making the overall combined score slightly above average. Depends on perspective and getting lucky!

Best restaurant in the county and a fun place to gamble.

The restaurants are by far some of the best restaurants in the county but the gaming is too tight. I don't go here to game, I only go here to eat. The three stars is only for the food and the service.

I've won more here than at any of the other local casinos.

Not packed crowded. Don't win big but you don't lose big.

It was clean there was nobody smoking inside it was fun but absolutely nobody was winning that I could see or hear

On the positive, I won $650 playing video Keno and poker but it was dead in there. The guy that was cleaning was spraying his detergent on the two machines beside me and kept spraying me then he crawled under my chair to get something. It was just so weird. Creepy vibe in there...

Every Friday they have an all you can eat seafood buffet that's pricey and they don't except reservations unless your a party of six or more so any less than 6 the usual wait is an hour to be seated. On top of that it's the same food every week. The casino itself is tiny and doesn't attract nice people.

Has great food options. Loved their Octoberfest last year.

I accidentally left my wallet here and someone found it and turned it in, however they helped themselves to the cash I had in there before they gave it to security. I was told tonight they can't do anything becAuse I lost it in the bathroom and there isnt any cameras in there so they can't figure out who it was. All they did was tell me I wasn't getting my money back and to have a better day. I guess i won't be visiting there anytime soon

I feel the servers at the bar were too late back the food was served out of a styrofoam box and definitely wasn't that great

Love going there never had any issues the food is good the prices are fair employees are friendly only issue I have they need to watch for people just loitering I spend a fair amount of money there win or lose to many tweekers just sitting around today some lady just sat behind me watching me play I felt very uncomfortable she asked me if I wanted to buy some food she ordered and didn t want it now why would I do that no telling how long she had it this is the first time I spent under a hour there hope they don t call one of my 58 tickets I had in the drawing felt uncomfortable so I just left I would of spent more money there wanted to have seafood dinner but this one person ruined it for me just be aware that these people are in the casino

The odor in the casino is overwhelming worse yet,
Sewage smell was strong in the restroom.
Players club worker was nice, 10$ match play for signing up. Machines were ok, no winnings for us.

It's not Vegas, but it has what I find important. Clean and well ventilated, friendly workers, cheap blackjack tables in the afternoon, and great Bloody Mary's. The outside looks like a circus tent, but inside it is more upscale than you'd think. In addition to slots and tables it has a nice bar area with food, and an moderately upscale restaurant. Prime rib is good. The other casinos in the region are far too smelly (you choke on cigarette smoke) so this is the only casino establishment I will visit when in the region.

Earned 300 points and had wonderful seafood buffet. Great place.

Slots don't pay a whole lot but always a comfortable environment and staff is amazingly helpful!

Expensive food with quite low quality. Was very disappointed in the seafood quality.
