It's a nice hospital, very bright and clean. Complete facilities as well. The cafeteria offers great selections of snacks. Price-wise can be a bit to the expensive side but you can use your insurance.

It's the least expensive hospital in its class. My son was born here. The doctors I had interacted with (my wife's obsgyn and my son's pediatrician) are all highly experienced and very exact with their diagnoses. The only drawback would be that it's *very* crowded on weekends. Plus point: One might accidentally run into well-known celebrities ;-)

Be careful with the RSPI Health Check up service. Ease and friendliness will be different after we pay. I took the Executive Health Check Up Package worth IDR 12.8 million for my wife in October 2019 and worked from 8 am to 14 noon and was immediately declared finished after the day before fasting. General Check Up results are sent home 1 week later.
After that we intend to ask for a consultation with your doctor to discuss the results of General Check Up.
Problems began to arise because it was very difficult to contact the Check Up section even the connection through the operator was not lifted until it was disconnected several times over several days. Due to busy work, I tried to call in the evening turns out the Check Up service closes at 3 pm and can not be served by other parts - only recommended to continue to try to connect. Even more strange, from the RSPI Health Check Up section, no one contacted me for more than 1 month to follow up to consult the results of General Check Up.

We finally managed to contact the Health Check Up department to make an appointment with a doctor. We were very disappointed because the consultation schedule only provided time between 1.30 and 2.30. If we are not willing with the time provided, they instead suggest consulting via telephone. Can you read the results of medical documents via telephone? Why is General Check Up done, then?

Thus our experience of doing General Check Up at RSPI may be a concern for those of you who want to do a check-up there because for a fee that is more or less the same as Singapore and Malaysia, we don't get professional services like those of the neighboring country. Long story short, I had complaints in the stomach and digestion, I went to the emergency room after a week of diarrhea with the hope of being treated quickly, in the morning around 10 am, the emergency room was still quiet, all the nurses and doctors were responsive, friendly and nimble. After this test and waiting, because I was advised to be hospitalized, allowed a swab test, etc., waiting for the results, then there was a shift in the emergency room doctor and nurse. This is where I began to be neglected, pressed the bell repeatedly, until I called the nurses in my voice, who was definitely weak because I was sick. Until I cry. remain neglected. After the room management and insurance process was complete, the nurses did not follow up to adm, until I was forced to ask, it turned out that I was able to go to the room, oh my ... 10 in the morning, enter the room at 9 pm !!
The services of the nurses are various, some are good, friendly, nimble, some are flat, some are dirty, some are okay, etc.
Until the second I typed this I was still in the ward, even though the doctor decided I would go home from 11 o'clock past, and Adm contacted me after I got the report from the nurse if I came home at 1pm !!! That means I got a room charge again !! Baguusss !!!! And still have to wait about 2 more hours for the admission management ... Sunggguuuhhhh the RSPI has changed now, it's so different ... Back then RSPI was a hospital that was not like a hospital, great service !! I don't know what makes RSPI like this maybe it has changed management. There were several doctors who handled me very well, but there were 2 doctors who visited the room (who knows who the doctor, not the doctor who handled me, even though) was really bad, some even said somewhat dismissively. I hope I will continue to be healthy, because now there really is no good sick home for treatment / treatment, really disappointed with RSPI, I usually come home from here healthy and feeling happy.

5 star hospital with great services, from doctors,facilities,system etc etc. The minus just the limited parking area, you may parked your car at ruko complex infront of the hospital.

Since Covid has just been here again and surprise. Toilet on Floor B1 The front of the dental clinic lift is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned for more than 3 days. So it's uncomfortable to be in the toilet. Semog.a can be followed up immediately. Thx

The executive health check up clinic is very satisfactory. The staffs are nice and responsive, and the place is pleasant and clean.

Pondok Indah hospital is well known. But it s standards are way below that in Thailand , Malaysia , Singapore (of course) and Australia. Of course ! Some simple thoughts:-
1. When you call the hospital to make appointment or emergency, they are so silly to repeat and repeat that they have an app on Apple store. So silly. People call fir quick serve and management thinks this is clever.
2. The queue system is ridiculous. They failed, after years, of planning your appointment so that you don t wait to long. With an appt time, it s common to wait 1-1.5 hrs! The hospital don t understand patient care.
3. What s even incredible, the nurses don t wear mask! They are at high risk to transmit virus to patients. Strange fir this to occur in hospital?? WHO and other regional hospital will be surprised by the practice. The hospital mgt, hmmm, where are they?
4. Nurses very good at making you pay first and fix next appt even when dr don t require. The nurses trained to keep asking you to come back for appt, call you many times to remind you of your appt and sms you. It s good to be reminded, but over doing it makes you feel this is not a good hospital that cares for you but wants you money.
5. Doctors at many of the out patient and emergency wards prescribe medicine wrongly and did not check interactions. Here, as patient you must not rely on doctor but do your own inquiry. Not good.
6. Equipment- even in vvip rooms there is no, not inadequate, monitoring equipment. And in intensive units, the equipment is that of a normal non intensive room in overseas hospitals. And many well established international drugs are not available in Indonesia. They sell local brands or brands the Indon distributor brings in (fir their own profits) Patient s care compromised.
7. The price here is comparable to Singapore, higher than Malaysia and Thailand and comparable to Australia. The standards lower than the rest. Premium pricing - due to the lack of choices in indonesia.
8. The nursing staff, (not the doctors), is so over zealous to get good compliments that they even wake you up or in operating rink, slip you a paper if their name and ask you to rate they 5 star. Something is quite wrong. After you rate them you don t see them anymore. It must be management that put the emphasis wrongly.
9. To be fair, i know a few very good doctors who really care and are very good. I always see them. These are email in numbers but there are.
10. This feedback is more to hope the hospital will improve patient care, less seen as money minded, and this will benefit patients. I will still go to this hospital despite it s high price - because there s little choice for now. As indonesia improves, this hospital will be left far behind in international standards. Doctors will have more choices of hospital to work in. If RS Pondok indah don t improve.

Service at this hospital is far better than hospitals around South Jakarta and Depok. There are still many shortcomings during rush hour such as the length of time to take care of the admin.
