This hospital dont speak English.If you dial them it says dial * for english supporter but she has no idea what shes doing and she will just hang up on you.

i tried 3 times she just hangs up.

Good, luxurious hospital and complete facilities here in Pondok Indah region. But if you have to stay here in public waiting room, looking after the patient, beware of pickpocket or thieves! especially early in the morning/around 3.00-5.00 AM. Even the security guards and their cctv systems are not always helpful about this.

Very bad service at admission with regards to insurance. Staff extremely unhelpful even after the referring doctor provided solution. They rejected my patient even after clear needs. They seriously need to work on customer service. The will need to be responsible if our daughter's condition worsens because of this.

The response is not as fast as i experience before...all the staff seems not familiar dan having dificulity on the sistem...as impact everything take longer time...also the service especially emergency..may be lack of people...

Best hospital in Jakarta. The service process is very clear and fast. From the patient start up the list until handled by the doctor the process is fast and not convoluted.
Positive:
1. We can order the doctor and schedule desired by phone.
2. At the time of the list, we only need to take the queue number, carrying our identity (insurance card).
3. Nurse there is very friendly to everyone :).
4. Doctor's service is very good.
5. If the doctor does not exist or is not available, we will be called back! Cool

from childhood to adolescence if you seek treatment always come here even though far away. rs is clean, fragrant and not stuffy. there is a quality price. all staff and nurse services are friendly. I had had dental surgery here, and in the toilet my mouth was still bleeding, the OB was sensitive to the condition and asked my condition. He was also treated here, even though he was in grade 3, his place was comfortable. all medical equipment is also sophisticated. super comfortable, like a hotel. Doctor supposed to be from 16.00 until 18.00 but the doctor just arrived at 17.15.. i have been waiting since 16.00 and until 19.11 still not meet the doctor!! Very dissapointed

the price is not equal with the service.
their internal system is not good. I had some missinformation.
some doctors especially the old one, only report to parents once every two days and these old doctors need to improve their customer servicing skill and communication skill. the hospital allow them to behave as such due to seniority.

I had another bad experience with this hospital. I filed a hard complaint to patient relation and they agree to follow up. a month later there is no follow up. really really really not recommended hospital.

5 hours later with severe high fever and body pain and I have finally had an appointment and blood work. Have already been waiting 1 hour for the medication. I watched four well visits be prioritized over women screaming in pain. When I finally got an appointment, it was over 1 hour late. Doctor was OK. This is not Jakarta's premier hospital. Jakarta does not have a premier hospital. Go to Singapore expats. It will actually take less time overall.
