The ER nurses words can not be taken seriously. I was looking for ICU, at first they said it's available, but after confirming the ICU one more time to make sure the ICU is available, they suddenly said they're not sure. I remember their (nurses) names. I'm so disappointed because of that. I think a recording of conversation is necessary for them.

The cafetaria sells traditional cakes and many other delicious foods. But the price is bit expansive.

The cafetaria has an extremely slow and ineffective system. I ordered literally just two pieces of siomay and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Ma'am, the cafeteria didn't help at all, just looked around and looked at the checker, but no food was delivered at all. Had to go inside the kitchen and actually ask for my two-piece siomay which had been wrapped up for a long time but somehow it wasn't delivered, even though I was waiting in front of them for such a long time! Such a shame.

I gave birth to my three children here ... according to me, the most prominent thing from RSPI compared to other private hospitals are the nurses who are very nimble and helpful ... even though the hospital treatment costs are relatively expensive but actually cheap compared to the comfort and sense of being humanized.

Throat infection and they dont take sample from it to check, instead of it take blood. Doctor didnt even ask what medicaments was taken before and how long is sicknes. First what he say was "better if you stay". Of course better, for hospital budget.
