Great experience with Ruggs Benedict! The consultant/designer that I worked with, Constance Tarantino was a top-notch professional. She was very patient with me as I work through the decision process and gently guided me to what I ultimately chose. In fact I started out thinking I wanted carpet and eventually went with an engineered hardwood but I am extremely pleased with. The process of ordering and scheduling went very smoothly as well and was done on a very timely basis. The installers were very professional and I was impressed with their dedication to the job. In fact I wasn t home the first day they were here and I was very comfortable having them in my home when I wasn t present, in Large part due to the great reputation of Ruggs Benedict!

The floor repair job on a client's house was superb. In and out in two days, and very close to original flooring that is 15 years old, without a sample! They came out and measured within 5 days of calling the company, and had the pieces ready to go and installed 10 days later. Great turn-around in this valley where wait times can be a hassle. Thanks Ruggs Benedict!

Suzie was so helpful with our remodel. She helped us find a gorgeous wool carpet for our basement, that is extra cushy to walk on because of the special padding that Ruggs added on. She also helped us find rugs for our bedroom and living room of various price points. Ruggs was also super flexible with our changing timeline and schedule. Will definitely be back for future flooring needs!

Shop LOCAL!!! This was the best experience ever. They beat the price and length of time to install by 8 weeks compared to the big box stores. I would have never guessed it, but I can stop talking about the entire experience. We replaced the carpet throughout the entire house with an instock selection that we love! We hands down recommend Ruggs Benedict for any work you need done in your home.
