Could not be happier with the entire process. Greatly exceeded expectations! Ellen was wonderful to work with, the in-stock selection was great, pricing was competitive, the installers were courteous, professional and experts and the end result is perfect. Lastly, we had new carpet in under a week! Would never even consider big box again after our experience with Ruggs and more than happy to support an awesome local business.
