What a horrible way to treat customers. We bought 5 ruggedcom switches for a total of $16000.00 Somebody made a mistake in the purchasing process and we ended up with wrongly configured switches. The switches were non-returnable. In order to have the switches reconfigured to the correct option ruggedcom wants $6000.00 to swap out a part in the switch. This is a plug in part that takes less than 10 mins to replace. The swapped out part could go into the next optioned switch of someone else. I am really disappointed in this company. I understand that a reasonble amount charged to reconfigure is acceptable but to charge more than 1/3 of the original purchase price to replace one plug in part is highway robbery. DISGUSTING
