The worst courier company I have ever had the displeasure doing business with!

Today I received an email saying that my parcel was signed for and delivered. Funny thing is I don't have my parcel so who the hell signed for it?

To make matters worse the switchboard number on their website does not work and when I finally found a telephone number that does work and got to speak to a consultant she told me that the parcel was accepted and signed for by myself (which it obviously was not)

Is it really so difficult to do your job properly? Surely when delivering a parcel you ask for the person whose name appears in the parcel? I am absolutely furious right now and will ensure I never make use of this courier service nor will I ever order online from hifi Corp again!!!!

Very bad service, they collected my stock on a Monday which was supposed to have been collected by another courier company and be delivered the next day. The printed Courier Guy waybill attached to the parcel was changed to a manual RTT waybill and the receiver details and address were changed. Since Tuesday up to now Thursday the problem has not yet been resolved despite numerous calls and emails I made to RTT. They could not even cooperate to deliver the stock 1.3 km from the wrong address they delivered it despite fore warnings that they collected stock they should not have collected. Pissed off.

Promises made, guarantees given, yet no delivery! Again! You guys do understand that people make arrangement around your lying sms messages, to be available, at home etc!! I was also told I can phone until 18:00, when no one showed at 17:00, I phoned 8 times and no one answered. Will also take this up with the company I ordered from, as this is the 2nd non-delivery through you guys, ordering from them. So don't think they should use you anymore

They have no regard for customer satisfaction, ive been waiting 3weeks for my Hi Fi Corporation order, both companies not really interested in helping. Once they here your query they transfer you to a line that never gets picked up till its cuts off. Do not order online at Hi Fi Corporation, worst off all DO NOT use RTT

Is got a lot of parking ,wheelchair parking as well nice reception

Pathetic service. We bought a TV from Incredible Connection over 3 weeks ago. According to our tracking number the TV has been sitting on the warehouse floor of RTT Couriers for almost 3 weeks now! This is unacceptable!!! DON'T EVER USE RTT COURIERS AND DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!!!!! Neither company is interested in helping the customer!

After being promised that I would receive my order by Tuesday 24/12/2019 and not receiving an SMS about delivery I followed up. My order has been at their JHB warehouse since 20/12/2019 and hasn't moved. After phoning several times today and always getting nowhere and being told they would phone back, which they never did, the tracking says it's still in the same spot. No one caring at all. From the moment I ordered this has just been a pain, first Digital Planet, now RTT. Why does it take this long for the order to get from Sandton to Centurion.

i actually wanted to give them 0 star if your package is with these guys just forget about getting it will come after weeks of waiting the best option just don't ever use them and they dont care about customers otherwise they would have seen these reviews here how bad they are and change how they operate
