After being promised that I would receive my order...

After being promised that I would receive my order by Tuesday 24/12/2019 and not receiving an SMS about delivery I followed up. My order has been at their JHB warehouse since 20/12/2019 and hasn't moved. After phoning several times today and always getting nowhere and being told they would phone back, which they never did, the tracking says it's still in the same spot. No one caring at all. From the moment I ordered this has just been a pain, first Digital Planet, now RTT. Why does it take this long for the order to get from Sandton to Centurion.
