Haven't had to visit the shop yet but the website is super easy to use, overall good prices on parts with discount codes applied. the staff is friendly over the phone and the informative videos they post on social media are really helpful.

I first took my 1991 NA Miata to R Speed in August of 2018. It was a basket case car that I was given for free. Since then I have continued to be amazed by the level of customer service and technical skills of the staff at R Speed. They have been invaluable along the way in making my car roadworthy again (and now very track-ready too with lots of racing upgrades).

yes they are very professional on miata i do Recommand BUT! they are always full on schedule and i have to wait 2 weeks to get my miata service.
