Slappy and Sadd were the only attorneys that would take our case when all the others said NO. No other attorney believed someone with 250 employees had no workers comp insurance. Well Scott Slappey took the case and guess what, settled it with that employer. They are a great team that knows their business and they made sure we were treated fair. I am glad to call them friend. I reached out to this firm at a time in my life when I was walking a journey that no parent should ever have to endure. My 17 year old baby boy had been murdered. Scott handled my case for me over 10 yrs ago. They did a wonderful job and made sure everything was done properly. They have also helped me recently with getting paperwork filed for some charges that were put towards me that the other party was responsible for. They found the proper paperwork and sent it over to me no questions asked to handled some loose ends on my behalf ( not anything they didn't do) and no charge.
