Worst insurance period. Hard to make payments and can't get in touch with anyone can't wait to cancel

I never like to leave negative reviews however, I feel it is now necessary. My father in law has been dealing with a Jessica and nothing is never accomplished. She is a joke.

We had our evaluation done in mid September and received the settlement check in mid October. Casey was our adjuster and he was friendly and very thorough. Rebecca was the nice lady in the Covington office I spoke with and Nina handled the paperwork. Thanks to all of the fine people at RPS for doing a great job...We really appreciate you!

Place sux. Cant get ahold of anybody and they dont return calls
Been trying to get ahold of them for a week now

This place is a joke!!! You make a claim but still have to come out of pocket before they cover anything and they make it impossible to even file the claim and get help with it. If I have to pay the amount they telling I have to pay, then why did I call you!? For sure switching insurance companies!

What a piece of JUNK insurance-----OH I have spent 1/2 the day on the phone with the bank (MY DOWN PAYMENT WAS CASHED_____BUT WE HAVE CALLED ALL RESOURCES FOR THIS RPS________& CAN NOT GET ANY RESULTS____WE HAVED PAiD FAITHFULLY AND SENT OUR PAAYMENT FOR THE DECEMBER 20 RENEWAL AND StILL BEING CANCELLED----------------tHESE ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER AND THE BANK SHOWS US WHERE IT WAS CASHED IN 12-15-20 AND EVERY NUMBER WE GET IS NOT IN SERVICE--------------------WHAT A SCAM IN 2020-------WILL BE REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU------iN THE MEANTIME IN SOUTH LOUISIANA I HAVE SCAMMED

Horrifying Service! I signed a legally binding contract to have my monthly business insurance premiums electronically deducted from my checking acct. Then a series of misunderstandings took place, and the first 2 premium payments were made by credit card so I would be insured and could continue my business.
Next I receive a notice that my policy would be cancelled if I don't provide a voided check from my checking acct within 5 days.
Trouble is, that letter arrived AFTER the cancellation date. Next letter was "we cancelled your policy due to non-payment 3 days ago".
It's impossible to run a business with a company like this.

Worst website for trying to make a payment. Confusing with multiple websites. Confusing with multiple names: First Premium Inc., RPS Premium Finance, First Premium Insurance Group, RPS Covington. I end up almost every month having to call the company because paying online has been so difficult and time consuming.
