They use people. On 10h work only 2 breaks first 20min and second break 10 min . No one care about workers. Supervisors didn't listen people . And they push pressure on people about overtime where this hours going to bank hours not to payroll.

Nice and big building, BUT the worst people I found in Coventry. The leaders are very rude to people and especially to new employees, managers worse! AVOID to work here !!! I worked 3 months and I had enough.
The worst company I have ever worked for. Targets are unreachable and believe me by a mile. If you don't hit them you get your pay docked. You get a five minute break... By the time you get to the canteen, queue for a drink you are walking back. They will take advantage of their workers with false promises of extra pay but I remember this never being reflected on the pay slips. If you are agancy they will tell you you must give up both your weekend days to work over time or they will get rid of you and replace you with workers who would, that happened quite a lot, basically don't work here. I even heard they do 12 hour shifts now.. Wow that will put you in a early grave. You can find over factories in the area that pay more and treat staff better, I could go on all day how bad this place is but need I say more! I only wish I could mark this a minus star

I was working at brose for nearly a year. I have to say this is the worst job I've ever had. They treat you with no respect at all. They don't know the word thank you! If you are a smoker you may not be able to reach the smoking shelter as break is 5 minutes long! If you work for the agancy they may promise you over time rates, but they probably won't pay you that. Your wages are target based but the targets unreachable. They will also force you to work Saturday without over time rates unless you want to get sacked
