Royce Hotel Review

During our educational tour, we stayed at Royce Hotel for only 1 night but I can say that it was the most memorable hotel I've stayed so far. The room was so clean and wide like we felt that we're at our own home and we also felt satisfied by it's ambiance. The amenities there are complete, from the things we need inside our room up to the things we usually used in the comfort room. As what I've noticed, they really have these world-class facilities and excellent services like, they accommodated us from the time we check-in until at the time of our check-out at the hotel. Their Bell Boy was really accommodating since they helped us to carry our heavy baggages as we go to the lobby. Royce really has this satisfying vibes especially in food and beverages because they have these international buffet where in we experienced to eat different kinds of cuisines coming from different countries and since it was really new to us students, I should say that I will give this a thumbs up. Lastly, they have these entertainment spots where in you can enjoy yourself while staying at Royce Hotel just like what we did. :)

Royce casino is one of the amazing Experience that I ever had.. The table games and place is great...

We love the room accomodation. The room is so cold even you don't turn on the aircon. But there's no swimming pool which we always look forward too whenever were on staycation.

I'd stayed in this hotel 5 months ago. And I did had a wonderful stay. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful especially at the door. The room I had is very nice and clean. I haven't tried their food there as I had to leave so early the next morning. Maybe the only I can suggest is they should do a room service for food. But I will definitely stay here again next time.

Stayed here for a night. The place is awesome. They have a spacious parking lot. Fast food chains and coffee shops are nearby.

Great place. Hotel room's nice and cool, but things just fall off from the walls.

It is a pity that there are no convenience stores in the hotel.

Really nice... Complete package such as (have slipper, clothes bag, beauty essentials etc). Rooms accommodated very well and daily done. Delicious foods and nice staffs also

I give 4 star to food choices and taste. But i can only give 1 star for the delivery time.
It takes an hour or more before it xan be served.

Good location, nice accommodation, free wifi, clean surroundings, with wide parking space. Royce Hotel and Casino offers the above to its customers. Buffet breakfast is also available for check-in customers. The hotel also strictIy follows the no-smoking policy and has designated areas for this purpose. I just wish the staff at the restaurant are fast in serving the needs of the customers like changing new set of utensils per table.

We came to sit and listen to a band. There was great music but a very long break between sets. September is a bit early for Christmas songs.

The rooms are large and the amenities are good. The housekeeping service is very fast and responsive. But I got the feeling that their restaurant and wait staff are under trained, especially in dealing with large groups. Once, at dinner, we didn't have clean napkins to rest our utensils. We were encouraged to put in on the (not so clean) tablecloth. And at their cafe, the staff seemed to have difficulty answering questions when asked for details about their menu ( like, what type of red wine do you have, or, is your calamansi juice also available as a hot drink). They also made a big fuss of making 2 receipts for my order (to separate food and drinks) but had to be reminded to offer customers a copy of the receipt.

Would recommend this place if you need a good place to stay close to Clark Airport . The hotel staff and room amenities are great. Restaurant staff mediocre. Not something I would intentionally go to for a weekend staycation because of the resto (unless you are into gambling) .

Nice place with Casino. So if the urge to play comes, you will not have to go anywhere else.

Banquet staff are so slow. They are not ready to handle big functions and events.

This is a very bad hotel...I accidentally left my phone so we called the hotel but they kept on denying and it seems that they dont even care why? After the first call they dont even the second and third calls what kind of hotel is this i know it's my fault for being irresponsible to leave my phone but they should have returned it

Rooms are new and spacious. It has a wide range of amenities. The room smells good. Polite staff. Minus points for their towels.

There are many casinos where Koreans stay. There is a casino, blackjack, baccarat, slot, etc. There is no smoking or drinking in the place, smoking area is separate.

Reasonably priced venue ideal for weddings and other events. The hotel is well maintained.

Great place for a good night's sleep. Prepare for your own transportation in going in and out of the hotel as public transport is scarce. Not really intended for Royce actually.

Hotel and casino with good choice of italian restaurant (amari), chinese restaurant (choi garden), and Japanese and Korean restaurant (snow palace)

The staff is very helpful and considerate from holding our 30+ - 500+ participant events in the past.

This is the first time here. We were treated for lunch by Ate Faith. Very nice place. Presentation very good. The staff very friendly, service was good and The food was even better. We had a number of dishes including beef w/broccoli, beef short ribs, veggie salad( never had one like this Masarap), Prawn salad ( again very good), fried rice etc. Very nice place. Defenently would go back. Good job. Maraming Salamat.

Last February 2019, we had an educational tour throughout Manila, Pampangga, Ilocos Sur and Bagiuo. We had an opportunity to have a stay at Royce Hotel and Casino. First and foremost, the treatment they had given us is so warm and complete. They welcomed us with comfort and ease because we didn't have a long and hard time on bringing our luggage's in our rooms. Moreover, their personnel's are also very hospitable on catering our needs. I remember that time where I requested some iron, ironing table and additional slippers for my room mates. They immediately acted upon my request and deliver it in our room. Also, the rooms they had are so organized and is really beautiful, not mentioning the perfect view of Mount Arayat, your money is very worth it. Hence, the breakfast buffet was superb. All the foods and drinks they had stored for us was very delicious and indeed, mouth watering. So far, it is the most successful buffet I've ever been to. Lastly, when we departed from their place, we didn't have a hard time because they made sure that we could feel the ease and comfort their services brought us until the very end of our stay. That stay was so smooth. Surely, I recommend this hotel to others. Their services was Phenomenal. 5 STARS!

Owned by governors husband..i like the food. They have smoking areas at the second floor of the casino.

Great place to relax and unwind, people are courteous , polite and are very accomodating.

Friendly staff, all speak English. Rooms are clean, and the casino is nice. The "gym" consists of 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals. No weights.

Recently renovated so it is fresh for the most part. My last stay didn't go well though. They were carrying renovations all throughout the night and it really kept me awake. I wasn't informed during my check-in so I tried to call the attention of the front desk to no avail.

It s a well furnished and hall facility is good. Clean and neat.

Beware of the water! Not purified. My 4 year old son got really sick!
