Royce Hotel Review

Really had a fantastic time at the Royce Casino Hotel!
From the moment we arrived the service was fantastic bell boys to take your luggage to your room, scented air as you walk in a nice cool atmosphere, reception was very polite and efficient.
The rooms are very clean and tidy with plenty of space.
The bathroom and toilet area were very clean also!
Self service breakfast with everything you can possibly want!
Very much recommended for stay in the Philippines

A very nice place to stay here at Clark. Tourist spots like the Aqua Planet is just around the vicinity so we didn't have any difficulty in exploring around.

It's a small casino, but it may bring you good luck.

This is new. Food is yunmy in the different restos esp. Choi!

Most visitors come here for the casino or conferences. I only come here for the great Italian resto.

Close to the airport and room condition is excellent. Nice to meet you. There is also a Korean restaurant in the hotel.

It s nice place to have wedding function and they do have good breakfast meal. But we had an issue with the AC and water leaks in the bathroom but they were able to fix it.

We rented the Rochester Function Room. It has its own restroom. The projector and sound system is great. Hotel crews are very accommodating.

May rude na waitress. I asked for a coffee and suddenly she said " akala ko pa naman oorder? Not a good experienced for me. Bad attitude and service.

We got to stay for a night here and their service is quite good. It is just a bummer that their wifi is slow for games but is ok on video streaming sites. It is also placed near fastfood chains like jollibee and burger king. Starbucks is also near it. It charges you for bring food from outside.

Clean and spacious rooms. Bath and comfort room is good enough. Place is quiet and near food establishments.

The casino is very good with some roullete, poker machines and also the wheel of Fortune.
Please take care that you don't wear a sleeveless t-shirt.
Rest you can wear shorts,jeans, slippers and anything you wish to.

The casino here is just the right size and crowded good
It's being expanded right now, so it may be even better next year

For those who like to gamble, a nice place and great service. I just did not find myself there because gambling is not my strong point.

Hotel a bit dated, formerly the Oxford Hotel. Our agency held a week-long meeting. Waiters need more training, actually lackluster performance. Generally hotel staff needs seminar on customer satisfaction as they are not as courteous compared to other hotels. Same goes for the front desk staff. Rooms are standard size though the linens smell stale, as if it was not changed. Noisy air-conditioning. Nothing special about the food.

wifi could be improved to surround entire hotel and need to kill insects too much insects flying around

Checked-in in a breeze. Though the AC in the room was off, it was still too cold, and the uncarpeted floor made it colder. Requested a smoking room but was told all rooms are non-smoking. The only place where you can smoke is inside the casino. Booking directly through the hotel website can be very expensive compared to other booking channels like expedia or agoda where you can save as much as 3k per night. They have a vallet parking which is very convenient though they are not the welcoming considering they are the first to welcome guests. In-room massage is available till 3am because they do not have a Spa facility in the hotel. Casino offers both table games and slots machines and there is live entertainment at night.

Ample sized rooms. Can be quite loud. No soundproofing.

Spent the New year at this place. They had bands playing great music and a sit down buffet and fireworks!

Clean, orderly and spacious room with complete accessories. However Television and cable needs improvement.

It was ok, I stayed for maybe 5-6 hours and the room was clean enough to get sleep. Shower was pretty good too. Wish I had some more time to check out the casino.

Got here in Royce Hotel in a School Event. The place is good.
The event hall is cozy and pretty cold.

The ambiance of the place is so relaxing. It is a perfect hangout for families and handling company events. The employees are courteous and accommodating. And the taste of the food is heavenly delicious.

The service is great as well as the food. Well maintained and clean rooms as well as comfort rooms even the the function halls.

Been staying at royce from the past and the service was great,and can give positive feedback. Gave them 5 stars before but now will give them 1 star for some reasons. Negative feedback for their valet attendant coz the last time we were asked if we are already checked in. Then the house keeping service. We were requesting for bottled water coz we ran out of water,instead of bringing water in our room the staff whoever that is asked us if they haven't given us water coz HE said bottled water cost 30 php each. For almost 2 yrs that we've stayed at royce this is the worse service ever the very first time that happened. Their bathroom lock isn't working. Their toilet flush isn't working as well, always broken.

There is a casino on the first floor and the second floor. This is a 3 star hotel with a good breakfast and large size.

Ambiance, place, rooms, convention were so nice. Fully airconditioned, and very elegant. The staff were friendly and laways happy. But the most of the food in there were not good.

Last February 2019, I together with my classmates had this educational tour and we got an opportunity to check-in in this hotel and all I can say is that this place is very cozy. Everything was amazing. Royce Hotel had this world class facility, and no doubt different nationalities prefer to stay in there. The place is very well organized, the buffet breakfast was so good, I got to taste different kind of cuisines. A happy tummy indeed. Also, it feels great eating with other guests that are coming from other countries. Royce is really a good hotel to stay in because almost all the necessities needed were already provided in each rooms like the toiletries, which are incredibly complete and that would be less hassle for each guest. I really had a good time staying in there and I am really planning to go back soon.

Clazzy & Elagant Hotel an all the entrance Casino for some, with a lot of money in there pocket. Good luck !!

Went here for a convention of distributors for cj feeds. It is magnificent. Excellent service.

They have a very good air conditioning system. And their staff were vigilant in responding to our complaints.
