Serene environment with lovely people onboard the spirit boat cruise

Friends stayed there prior to a wedding the next day. Hotel lobby and 2nd floor were clean, etc.

Very nice room, great location, helpful and courteous staff. Keurig in the room, coffee shop downstairs, no continental breakfast.

Beautiful and well kept rooms overlooking the harbor. Very convenient location for Fed Hill and close to free ferry pick up to go across the harbor. The only downside is that parking isn't free, but they do validate daily parking tickets for a pretty reasonable price.

Good location, rooms are nice a spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are nice, clean, pleanty of towels, and soaps. No breakfast is included, but you can ask for microwave to be delivered to your room.

Just used the parking garage. Easy to get in and convenient way to pay when you leave

Hotel was great staff was wonderful. I feel like if you are spending so much for the hotel , had 2 rooms to fit the family, parking could be included even if it's a discount rate. Once you get past that the room was awesome! Clean beds had to be new and were extremely comfortable. The room set up was really ideal, just wish they had more access to coffee.- but I asked and it was promptly brought up. Overall I would stay again!

Harbor and within walking distance of everything! We had an exceptional view of the Harbor! We walked to the Cheesecake Factory and the aquarium as well at the mall! Conveniently located!

My stay was everything and then some.. The room was super clean i would give this hotel a 10 start of I could. Cant wait to come back

We love this place for out weekend get a ways, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are always kind. It's starting to show a little wear and tear, but it's still nice and youbcant beat the location.

I just had my wedding at the Royal sonesta. Ceremony on the roof. Reception in the ballroom. Everything was phenomenal. All staff were great to work with!

This is a beautiful hotel. Set in the right place. Walking distance to Harbor, restaurants and many other night or day attractions.

We booked our hotel block with the Royal Sonesta and I could not be happier with our decision! I worked with Sheila leading up to the wedding weekend and she made the entire process easy and stress free. She was quick to respond to my questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

Very fancy, everyone was very very nice. The parking was kind of hard to find at first but was only 26 bucks for the night.

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! James was the first face we got to see when arriving. He insisted on grabbing our luggage for us, and taking it to our room. He was full of so much joy and cheer so early in the morning. He always asked about our day! He even remembered we were in town for a wedding! I looked forward to his morning greet, each morning we were there. Room service always came in with a smile a great conversation. The hotel is beyond clean and fresh, down to the smallest detail. Our room was perfect for our trip. Food was amazing, and on time! I could not have choose a better place to stay for this weekend! I look forward to finishing our trip here!!!!!!

Had dinner at the Explorer's Lounge. Red velvet walls and delicious rolls. On a scale from 1 to Bread I would rate it a Rye.

Nephew went to prom tonight it was a pleasure being able to attend, he lost his grandmother two weeks ago so I was there to put a smile on his face.

We purchased a room with a harbor view. The room was not clean, windows were dirty. You could barely see our the window. The bathrooms were not clean. We do not reccomend booking here.

Solid hotel experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. The facilities are nice and update, clean. Rooms are large with spacious bathrooms and are clean and updated. Great location on the harbor that will let you get around the city pretty quickly.

We used the Royal Sonesta for a group room block during our wedding. Everything was pretty good, we got upgraded to a suite and our parents also got upgrades. The lounge is nice for groups but service was very slow. Great location for our wedding reception at the American Visionary Art Museum. One negative: parking is very expensive even with the group block rate.

Was here for 2 weddings and spent a night here. Jay, the wedding coordinator did a great job! Both weddings were beautiful amd the couples loved him. The room we stayed in was great. Clean, spacious, loved the in-room Keurig. Would definitely recommend this place. P.S. I got a peek of the Presidential Suite one of the newlyweds stayed in - stunning!

I only parked in the lot. I did not recieve my discount for being a science center member.

Great location near the harbor, terrible parking that is an additional fee. The breakfast was average at best. The king size bed felt shorter it should. Would not recommend or stay again. The room price did not reflect the quality of the hotel.

Well kept and presented hotel. Immaculately clean. The 7th floor outdoor area with the tennis court is amazing, as is the incredibly well appointed fitness center. Nice indoor pool with clean, warm water.
Comfortable room! The bathroom is five stars! Immaculate. The bed was delicious! We didn't want to get out of it in the morning . The TV was a bit small. Definitely not competitive with other hotels. The single chair in the room (not including the office style chair at the desk) wasn't too comfortable. It didn't allow for relaxed sitting. The room begged for a plush recliner. The floor to ceiling window spanned the entire length of the room, which was a very nice touch, allowing maximum light. Oh and the black-out curtains have to be experienced! At 9am we thought the time was closer to 3am as the curtains kept the room completely dark! The only drawback was that the window looked out to a courtyard and to the other inner side of the hotel so we were forced to keep the curtains drawn for privacy which we bemoaned as we love natural light. But the idea of people being able to peer into the room overrode that. I wish the front desk would have mentioned that during check in because we would have certainty chosen a different room.
The reason for four stars: The staff. The front desk staff and concierge were rude and impersonal. We felt like we were annoying them by asking questions. People have bad days. Hopefully this is the case. Apparently so since so many other reviewers gave the staff high marks. The valet was professional, attentive, patient and informational.
This is a great hotel. It's quiet, beautiful and a nice stay. Well done.
I originally rated four stars. After further consideration I amended it to five stars. What this property gets right, which is many things, it does exceedingly well. The amenities offered at the Royal Sonesta puts most other hotels to shame. This is truly a customer centric hotel. My partner and I will be back in the area soon and plan to return to the Sonesta. No other hotel is even being considered. The bed experience alone is worth the visit for the weary traveler.

The Harbor Court is a marvelous hotel that gives you a bit of seclusion in the heart of downtown. The staff are friendly and professional. It's located only 2-blocks away from the Inner Harbor and The Charm'tastic Mile. Close to all main attractions of National Aquarium, restaurants and shops.

Not a good experience. Room was lovely, waiter seemed a bit inexperienced, every dish was too salty, soup was served lukewarm, chicken was dry & stringy, burger was dry & served lukewarm. We were never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. We spoke to manager who very nicely apologized & comped the dinner but it's not the experience we should gave had.

We stay at Royal Sonesta every time we visit Baltimore. The rooms are always fresh and clean and the beds are amazing. The views of Baltimore Harbor are beautiful.

Was not up to standard with as many stars as the hotel is a little expensive and hallway furniture on each level was dusty.

Rooms were nice and clean. Very spacious. Bed very comfortable. Electronic safe, ironing board and iron in room. Room service was fast. All American breakfast very filling. Just off the inner harbour, quick walk to local attractions.

The parking is terrible and a far walk. The restaurant wasn't great however it was convenient. Rooms were nice and clean. The view of the homeless person saddened me a little but such is life.

This place is right across from the harbor very convinent of you just want to check things out for a day or two, the pool and hot tub is nice, very good size for a few families at one time and the sauna is wonderful. The view was not too bad, but I'm not here for the views from the hotel. The bar was excellent, the bartender this last Saturday was good at making drinks. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean I would recommend the doors are old style (insert key instead of tap key) but that's not a big problem, the staff was friendly and the valet was awesome they helped us out bigtime as well as security very helpful people there. Was there for a bridal weekend in a suite with a stunning view of the inner harbor. All was good except some slow service when calling up for glasses and towels.

The rooms are huge and the wifi is fairly good. There are also a variety of amenities including pool, basketball court, and tennis court. Only thing that was a like inconvenient is that parking garage isn't connected to the main hotel so a little bit of a walk to get to the car.

I stayed in this hotel for a 4-day meeting and I was deeply impressed with their friendly concierges and excellent services. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I visit Baltimore again.

Very cool spot. Come hang out and enjoy a nice evening by the water. Lots of shops and restaurants.
