David is awesome!! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had multiple interactions with David and it is always a pleasant experience.

Have been using Royal for a while, used it in my old house & then when we moved we ended up re sodding the new lawn from royal. They did amazing work & have continued to maintain (what me & my neighbors call) the perfect lawn. I was nervous the new sod wouldn't flourish because I have areas of all sun & I also have 2 large trees in the front that make a lot of shade in the summer but whatever they are using & whatever sod they put down was perfect! Love my lawn & even now when it's winter it still looks amazing!

I have had this company for about 6 months. I have more weeds now then I ever have had. My yard use to be one of the best in my neighborhood but now all it has is weeds. Very disappointed as my son recommended them.

Moles are def true menaces to society! Darn moles finally pushed me to the limit! Thank God for Mike "the Mole-inator" Barnett! He knew exactly what I needed! In simple terms, he explained the mole behavior, treatment, the process and even knew what kind of grass I had off the top! He truly understands the warped mind of the mole..and the cost was very reasonable. I loved that he made no over-the-top promises, but assured me I would receive the best quality service possible..Im looking forward to "greener" pastures with Royal Pest services.

Very friendly both in the office and in the field. Jeff came out and inspected our property and made suggestions to solve our pest problems. Then, once we chose to go with them, they came back out at a time that was convenient for us and were extremely kind and pleasant to work with throughout the process. They also boxed up our old termite stations so the old company could come get them. The old company only came out to inspect once a year, but Royal comes out at least twice a year (and more if we need it). I have nothing to complain about with this company. Thanks for making the switch so easy for us.

David came for interior pest treatment and he was fantastic!! Super nice, super friendly. Educated me on their products and the application process. He also said he rescues dogs (what a good human). 10/10!!!

Joe visited my property today to perform a termite inspection, I want to take the time to commend his service. I was very impressed by Joes thorough inspection and willingness to answer all my questions without leaving me feeling rushed. Joe took the time to completely crawl under the home to perform an inspection where other companies and individuals might have just crawled under a few feet and shined a light looking around the immediate crawl space area. It's this kind of experience that leaves me feeling good about having Royal as my service provider for years to come, great companies hire great employees and Joe is an example of that. I am very impressed with the professionalism that Joe showed and wanted to share my experience .

We just purchased a new home and got a few quotes for yard service. Royal was very professional, very prompt and indicated they wanted our service. Their quote was not only reasonable, they BEAT out the company who has had our business for years with their price and customer service. Milo is AWESOME :)

We are new to the area and Royal was recommended by our neighbor. We started with them replacing sod in our yard, but we were so impressed with their customer service, we dropped our old company and now have started using them for our lawn, tree and shrub and flower bed maintenance. They are very knowledgable and courteous and really have gone the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied.

David was exceptional. Very knowledgeable friendly best pest control experience I have ever had.

They called Wednesday to be at my home Thursday but never showed up or called. This has happened 3 or 4 times. I can't seem to get them to want my business.
They fix the issue for a month or so but then revert to poor service. I like the way my lawn looks but they need to show up when they say they will. Come on Jimmy, I need a commitment from your team or I'm going to have to move my business to another lawn service. Jeff

Mike Barnett with Royal Pest Services is as good as they come! I appreciate his honest approach when evaluating pest problems. He will NOT steer you wrong. He is very knowledgeable about pests both inside the home and in the yard. I highly recommend!

We have used Royal Pest for our home's interior and yard pest control for several years and have been very pleased. We have no issues with inside bugs, and we get a lot of compliments on the appearance of our lawn! They always gives a personal reminder call on the days before they come, and they are very responsive to customer requests.

I ve used Royal Pest Service since 2012 and am truly impressed. The area where we live is over populated with bugs so a great pest control service is required. They have exceeded expectations on numerous occasions and i would highly recommend them to anyone in need. We called Royal Pest after the company we had been using failed to solve our roach problem inside our home. From the time we called to date we have received nothing but white glove, top notch service. After Joe and Jeff treated our home I have yet to see a roach. Since this time, we have had bed bugs (utterly horrible experience) and rats. The crew at Royal has literally been there every step of the way through these difficult times to solve the issues. They are responsive, punctual and most importantly they take care of the issue. I cannot say enough good things about the guys in the field to the front office staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM SOMEONE WHO HATES BUGS!!!

Royal did a fantastic job bringing our lawn back to life after nearly having to re-sod...again. They ve pummeled the palmetto bugs. Conquered the cockroaches and destroyed the drain flies. David was here today and noticed a stain on my ceiling, determined my AC drain was clogged and helped me fix the clog and went out of his way to save my ceiling. The man deserves a reward!

After three times calling me you will be out the next day and never show up or call im done with your service. I've tried calling your office 4 times no answer absolutely horrible customer service

Great job from Jeff. I am a customer of Royal Pest Control for my lawn and house control. Jeff came out and explained what needed to be done to clear out the MANY aggressive yellow jackets and the nest they had built in an indoor/outdoor carpet I had standing up on my back porch. He came two days later at 6:30 am, before the bees get active (I didn't get up to greet him!). He treated the nest and carried the carpet down to the street curb to be picked up next week. Very much appreciate his outstanding job! My dog appreciates not having the bees around any longer, also!

I've had several lawn companies before Royal. They are hands down the best. I was concerned there was no hope for my sad brown lawn and I would have to resod. The tech explained it would take several treatments but, he could turn it around with a little help from me. After about a year, my yard is no longer an embarrassment and the best part I didn't have to resod. The office staff is also very nice and helpful the few times I've called.

I use royal for lawn service and my lawn never looked better. I used another company for two years and they gave me all kind of excuses on why my grass was not green each year so I switched to royal. Switching to royal was the best decision I could have made, within three months my entire yard was green front and back. They were very professional, answered all questions I had and gave me great recommendation on watering and keeping my grass green. I would definitely recommend this company.

I appreciate Issac and all of his knowledge. He is extremely thorough and has helped our yard turn around. We live where it is always wet, so our sod is difficult to treat. He always calls the day before and is happy to assist in any way. He pays special attention to any areas that need it if he notices something wrong with the yard. He is so friendly and always shows up with a huge smile. I appreciate all of the Royal Pest Control staff!

As a maintenance manager for a property management company reliability and knowledge are extremely important qualities in our vendors. Royal Pest Control is a 'set it and forget it' kind of company. Once I send out the work order, I know the service will be timely and complete. It's that easy. They are competent and ethical, two more qualities that are important.

I use Royal for my yard fert/outside yard pest control needs. I have used them for the past 5 years and have NEVER had an issue. The yard has never looked better and it is as green/thick as ever. Royal Pest is my current service for lawn and pest control. Extremely satisfied with both. Isaac, our lawn tech, is amazing. He offers great advice and has my yard looking great. When I first switched my Zoysia was a mess. Through time, Issac has done a great job keeping me up to date. He offers insight as far as watering times, mowing height and my yard continues to improve. It's not perfect, yet, but I know we are close.
Highly recommend.

I am not one to write reviews but I just have to give a shout out to Royal Pest Services. I had termite coverage when I bought my house with another company. It was just easy to continue to renew with them but then they started to pressure me that I had to "retreat" my house and the quote they gave me seemed very high! Since I have used Royal Pest Services for years for my indoor pest control and lawn service and have always been very happy, I decided to call them for a quote. Kurt came to my house and did a thorough inspection and carefully explained the installation process and all that they do to prevent termites. Honestly, I was a tad scared to hear the quote since they were offering more services than the other company and was pleasantly surprised! They beat the other company by $150.00!! They even offered a 5% discount if I paid in full for the year! Kurt was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I felt no pressure from him to make the sale.

The other thing that I like about Royal is that I have had the same technicians for years! My daughter is allergic to wasps and I mentioned it to Tom and he always takes great care in removing the wasps nest around the perimeter of the house. When one nest was rebuilt before my next treatment, I simply called the office and they sent Tom back out to remove the nest. It is always nice to know who is knocking on your door!

Royal Pest is a great company, they took care off all my pest problems. Give these guys a call if you want the best left control service in the Jacksonville area!
