I am not one to write reviews but I just have to give a shout out to Royal Pest Services. I had termite coverage when I bought my house with another company. It was just easy to continue to renew with them but then they started to pressure me that I had to "retreat" my house and the quote they gave me seemed very high! Since I have used Royal Pest Services for years for my indoor pest control and lawn service and have always been very happy, I decided to call them for a quote. Kurt came to my house and did a thorough inspection and carefully explained the installation process and all that they do to prevent termites. Honestly, I was a tad scared to hear the quote since they were offering more services than the other company and was pleasantly surprised! They beat the other company by $150.00!! They even offered a 5% discount if I paid in full for the year! Kurt was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I felt no pressure from him to make the sale.

The other thing that I like about Royal is that I have had the same technicians for years! My daughter is allergic to wasps and I mentioned it to Tom and he always takes great care in removing the wasps nest around the perimeter of the house. When one nest was rebuilt before my next treatment, I simply called the office and they sent Tom back out to remove the nest. It is always nice to know who is knocking on your door!
