We called Royal Pest after the company we had been using failed to solve our roach problem inside our home. From the time we called to date we have received nothing but white glove, top notch service. After Joe and Jeff treated our home I have yet to see a roach. Since this time, we have had bed bugs (utterly horrible experience) and rats. The crew at Royal has literally been there every step of the way through these difficult times to solve the issues. They are responsive, punctual and most importantly they take care of the issue. I cannot say enough good things about the guys in the field to the front office staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM SOMEONE WHO HATES BUGS!!!
