Royal Mansour Marrakech Review

Royal Palace that was built in 2005 for friends of the King and in 2017 the King of Morocco decided to put half to receive tourists and promote tourism in Marrakesh, spectacular!

A very beautiful experience. Delicious meal, neat and attentive service. A place quite exceptional.

A garden worth visiting even if you arent staying at the hotel. A must

Nice setting, beware of the staff whose outfits are poor (chores on trousers, and unpolished shoes) the tables at the poolside bar were not clean.

The best hotel one can stay in while in Marrakesh if one can afford it. Centrally located close to the old town and then Fana Square and most sightseeing attractions. Beautifully, charmingly and authentically decorate hotel. Level of service is the highest by far even compared to hotel in Europe or the US. Spacious rooms (riads) although the layout of different floors is not that convenient and makes it not usable.

A shame to see a Palace with a caged bird in its hall. Should the management of Royal Mansour be backward so that it is normal to exhibit a bird deprived of freedom. And why not a monkey on a leash as on the place Jemaa el-Fna? No difference between you and these "traders", except that the management of the Royal Mansour will have traveled all over the world, will have studied, could open the mind. The hotel is beautiful, but this caged bird brings the Royal Mansour to a level of luxury hotel third world.

Ouahhh! Beautiful scenery. The authentic reconstituted wonderfully. A place, a little too calm can be.

Extremely opulent space but not surprising given that it is a luxury hotel. We went for afternoon tea and I would definitely recommend the French tea. The cakes were very well executed and there was plenty to eat.

We were in the Piano Bar which was a very intimate space with a recessed carved ceiling, carved wooden walls and a fireplace in the window.

Almost worth booking to get the fast-track customs and immigration clearance at Marrakech's airport.

The Royal Mansour has two beautiful pools, one very pleasant bar and at least one outstanding restaurant (maybe more - I was only there a couple of nights on each of my visits).

The Royal Mansour is a pretentious Hotel for no reason. The rooms are noisy, the bed is very uncomfortable and the sheets are like wax paper. Whilst it is noted that the hotel is built to reflect the traditional riad style, hope you enjoy stairs as you'll have to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to the 2m x 1m pool. The service however is excellent but as expected while the food is expensive it is not value for money. The food is lackluster with no original tastes. Why would anyone pay 600 for a 45 bottle of champagne just because its the royal mansour? There is no select luxury items which ate jot attainable anywhere else such as a standard grocery stores.

The hotel as well as the garden, interior, swimming pool, restaurant and friendly staff are all perfect.

What to say ... Apart from everything is beautiful ... The architecture, the decoration ... The wonderful setting ... To visit would be only to have a drink ...

Because it is a sophisticated place and suits the respectable person like me and gives it the salary

Everything is spot on... the atmosphere, the service, the people, the location, the heritage, the food... We will stay there if we go to Marrakech again...

Royal Mansour is one of the best hotels ,not only in Morocco but in the world according to the British Telegraph.
It s ended a celebration of magnificent architecture ,Moroccan craft and classy design with its vast gardens where you can absolutely here nothing but the relaxing water running from fountains ,and singing birds ,the Royal Manssour is definitely a place to to dream of.
I highly recommend the spa, it was an amazing experience, I m big fun of the Moroccan hammam and this one was the best so far .
I had an online purchase of the garden -lunch from the hotel website, it was expected to be as good as the spa but i was a bit disappointed .
At the restaurant a lady received me she wasn t professional at all ,and most of the time confused which made fell uncomfortable she had to ask the manager if my reservation and payment online from the hotel website which was confirmed by the hotel itself with a confirmation email ,that I showed to all of them .
In normal cases they should have known all this details in advance it s their work to know who s going to have lunch at their restaurant .
But they didn t I stayed there for about 15 minuets before a French man comes it seemed to be the restaurant manager ,I m just assuming that because he didn t bother himself to tell .
After they were sure that i supposed to have lunch there, the manager asked me if I wanted to see the menu and choose,or they will choose for me!!!
Anyway i lost all my interest in whole place ,and I didn t enjoy that lunch ,I left with my disappointment because they made feel unwelcome there for no obvious reason .
It s a pity the service wasn t meeting the expectations for such a high standard place .

I enjoyed my stay there and I plan to return. I highly recommend it

Enjoyed traditional Hammam rituals if you are considering booking a Hammam, this is definitely the place to do it! The spa building is full of grandeur, and you feel you are transported back to the ancient Roman baths during your treatment. The spa is beautifully designed, and very Instagrammable! The indoor pool was also nice to use post-treatment, as it was cooler in there than it was outside. After the spa, we enjoyed high tea at the main lobby lounge of the hotel. The French and English options were standard, nothing special, and the Moroccan option was all sweet options but nice to try. Overall, afternoon tea wasn t outstanding, but fair price point and definitely worth it to enjoy the splendour and opulence of the restaurant spaces, and overall building design.

And why not come to Marrakech only to spend a few hours at the Royal Mansour? An exceptional place. Architecture, decoration, service, ... The RM is one of the most beautiful palaces. Budget accordingly.

Beautiful luxury hotel in the center of Marrakech with some nice indoors and outdoors bar. We've been there for an afternoon drink, which are expensive (around 250MAD) but also great! The live music was very good as well and made the atmosphere lovely.

5-Star prices without the service. Save your money and stay elsewhere. If you wanna see the property join the countless others who visit for the day to take photos.

Beautiful. Here we live the thousand and one nights. Spectacular rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. If there were more stars I would. All very beautiful. I'm loving it. Gardens and super involute environment!

The other Top in Marrakech, breathtaking decor, lush gardens, impeccable service, a smiling, helpful and friendly welcome. There too it is an elite hotel, for Stars and VIPs I met a hier, the inventor of the music festival, not to name it ... it is a faultless for high customers demanding range.
