Nice Hotel. All was OK for one nights stay. Internet was extremely slow, and the water pressure was non existent. Staff was excellent. Good place to stay for one night while commuting. But really needs better Internet. :)
This hotel is well located. You can walk to the airport if that is your wish. The lobby is very nice. Parking is at a fee. I'm March 2018 it was 20$ a night. The rooms were quiet and I was able to have a very good night sleep. They have a breakfast snack area that you can enjoy. There was a pool and a big giant TV with many many satellite tv channels. Check in and check out was a breeze. Hotel was undergoing renovations. For one night and the price of 229$ tax in, it was perfect. Try it out!
1. Shuttle service is TERRIBLE. We waited for more than an hour eventually being dropped by another hotel shuttle.
2. Staff is absolutely unfriendly
3. This is a hotel of "self-service" as they do not have much staff hired. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND SPOIL YOUR VACATION.
Food was better then expected ,they upped the game since last I was there. They had free bear shot sampler night and apps at the bar. Have seen that in many years.

Don t bother. Stayed here the night before leaving for vacation. Thought it would be easier than getting an uber from home and that we would be able to get more sleep for a 6 a.m. flight.
It s midnight and we re wide awake. There hasn t been a minute of silence since we got to the room. 2nd floor. The hallways and neighbouring rooms are noisy... constantly. It s loud.
Stay home. Take an Uber to the airport. You ll thank me. This is a waste of time and money.

The food was surprisingly enjoyable, surpassing the usual "hotel" dinner expectations. The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The location is easily accessible off airport road, but a bit tricky to get out from if you don't know where you're going.
A clean hotel basically for the purpose of having a night stopover in Toronto. Didn't seem like a place I'd have a long stay in

The customer service is excellent but the prices are herrendous. I'm guessing because it's near the airport and it's convenience for the people that took flights to Toronto. I would rather spend this kind of money in downtown Toronto, which is where everything is located.
Very cheap if you don't want all the bells and whistles like free parking and other crap. 4 People stayed 3 nights for $300. Seems like a good price in my opinion and during a busy time.

The hotel was mostly fine but a few things that could've better: the temperature in the room wasn't entirely even, going from a bit warm to a bit cold depending on when the A/C ran. Our room was also noisy. There was a loud group across from us that made a lot of noise in the hallway. The late night service at the restaurant/bar was slow. Finally, the shuttle driver left without checking in the lobby for waiting guests.
The hotel was clean and the staff efficient. I very much like the location, being walking distance to the Viscount Station/circle.
Great shuttle service from the airport, which was very quick even late late at night. Good customer service. The room was a bit disappointing - slight strange smell, but it was serviceable for an emergency overnight stay and very close to the airport.
The hotel was good, friendly, helpful staff, nice rooms but no microwave. The restaurant was also good although lunch service was slower. There is a Starbuck's but it is only open until 11 a.m., and it was closed on Sunday. There is nothing close by. There are restaurants but they are a 20 to 30 minute walk alongside and underneath highways. If you are only there overnight, it's a great hotel. I was there for a week for meetings and found the location was not ideal.
Parking right now is a nightmare. Hope you don't have to go there for a meeting
Our school dixon grove went for a after grad party and that's why I was there it was very fun
Very happy with the service here. Lovely rooms, very comfortable sheets, bed and atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly at the desk. They gave me toiletries because I didnt have any from my luggage getting lost. Wishing they were closer to Alberta but will most definitely stay at this location whenever I'm in Toronto. Thanks again.
Everything was great. Staff was friendly and did their best. Location was extremely conveient to the airport and they had a free shuttle running back and forth from the airport - which helped when dropping my wife off. All in all would stay here again. Just didn't expect the parking charge when we got here which is 20 Canadian dollars per night. Not their fault since we booked through this party site. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice short overnight stay. Had the breakfast buffet which was pretty good. Rooms were neat and adequate. The AC was slightly loud.

Right across the street from the airport. Came here for a work training event. Meeting rooms were spacious and bright, although a little cold in temperature and aesthetic. Bathrooms were in need of better attention and the decor was outdated. The gift shop has creepy porcelain dolls staring out from the window. Functional place for a dry work function.

To start off the rooms we're NOT what I expected from a four points.
Very disappointing. I did not like the customer service very much either, they were not ponctual at all, front desk was very rude and nothing in this hotel runs on a schedule.
My room was quiet cold seeing as my heater did not work, I asked front desk for a different room because I was staying for a week. The lady at the front told me if maintenance saw it necessary they would switch my room. Overall WORST experience. I will not be returning.
The hotel was good some things were not upto par for example when I asked for towels, they asked me to come and get it from downstairs, also I found a bug in my sheets on the bed but everything else was perfect including the food and other cleanliness

Quite unimpressed a very poorly managed hotel. A room was reserved for a co-worker senior to me but when he got here he was told he had no room. That rooms were cancelled due to construction and it was first come first serve. After this in the lobby there was a person that came in checked in and were able to get rooms. Wow I have never seen that before.
Secondly some sort of game was being played as when I reserved a shuttle the clerk apparently wrote my name in there. I checked afterwards to confirm and guess what there was nothing there. Glad I checked and then changed the time.
I would NOT recommend coming there and as a company we have pulled the Four Points by Sheraton off our worldwide travel list. I would recommend everyone do the same.
Rooms are pretty small but have everything you would expect
Recently renovated the hotel is very clean with friendly staff. We especially enjoyed the beer promotion with the free wings and scallops wrapped in bacon. Rooms are a decent size with two double beds. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of choices.
The people here make this place fabulous! Eddie the shuttle driver is the first one to meet me when he picked me up at the airport. Very friendly guy! Then Lolita in the breakfast restaurant was so wonderful. It s a buffet style breakfast but she was so attentive and pleasant. At the check in the were pleasant and printed out some critical pages for me in a time crunch and smiled while under pressure. I am a Titanium platinum member and last year spent 90 nights at Marriot properties and this is the first review all year I have written for anything. This property was a real stand out experience because of the service of some top notch employees!

There was no mini fridge and it was very dissapointing as you can't bring your own food/drinks. No complementary breakfast or detachable shower head. Walls are thin. Pool was ok gym was pretty nice.

Contacted hotel when looking at options for our return to Canada during covid lockdown. Was assured that the airport shuttle was still in operation, prior to committing. Arrived in late in the evening, after flying for 5.5 hours, only to find that there was no shuttle. Hauled all our luggage back to taxi area - no taxi's left. Over 1/2 hour before we were able to get a ride only to find entrance on airport road blocked off, requiring us to haul our luggage once again. When expressed our concern about the shuttle, response was "it hasn't been running for a while". An apology for the mistake would have been nice. Other than that, location is great and rooms were clean. Just a bit disappointed at lack of customer service.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. they were under renovation when I stayed but it looks like some nice changes are on the way. the heat/ac units hopefully get replaced because they're too loud and seem to have placebo thermostats.
The price was good and everything seemed very clean. The pool and hot tub where also great. That being said, the sliding bathroom doors in our room where not ideal.
Really disappointing, walls paper thin. We could hear our neighbors clearly. Lots of noise, if you want a quiet nights rest before flying dont book rooms here.

Excellent professionalism and service. The "days of the week" menu is fantastic at the hotel bar if you need a bite to eat, and they're accommodating of pets, even if they puddle up the beautiful white foyer.
Great location only a short walk from the arrival curb (maybe 5 mins). Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean and decent sized. Location is ideal spot it's also close to multiple freeways. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Newly renovated hotel at the airport, we stayed here for a wedding for a whole week. The location was perfect as it is smack dab in the middle of Brampton (where all the events were) and North York where my cousin lived so made the commute real easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the day we went available way past 10AM which was a plus since we really didn't get back to the hotel till past 1AM each night. The front desk was very helpful and set us up with long term parking which saved us money, this was appreciated much since traveling internationally for a wedding is never cheap. Equipment in the fitness center was functional and we used it a couple of times. Didn't have time to use the pool but it looked refreshing and inviting. Would stay again when in Toronto.
Close to the airport and a nice room. However I didn t expect to be woken up first thing in the morning with the sounds of construction after a very late night arrival. It sounds like it is right under me! I was not warned while booking or when I arrived about this and paid a room rate of $270! Very frustrating
