this review goes back to last August, and to this date, i still stand by it.

This hotel does not deserve any stars.

If it was possible to give no stars , that's what they would be getting. Or if it's possible to give negative stars, I would also do that. There's absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF. No acknowledgement about whether or not they got your concern or query.

I live in GTA so normally I wouldn't have to go to a hotel.
However, with my relative in town, I had my worse experience ever here.

First off, when we arrived, we waited over 30 minutes to check in. This was due to the fact that they only had one person working at the reception desk.

Then when my relative checked out, he realized that he had left behind a part of his charger (the part that connects to the plug) behind. So I had called after hours and was transferred to the housekeeping departments voicemail. So I had asked them to call me back - I expected a call in the morning/early afternoon.

So the next day, where I didn't hear back by 2ish pm, I called again, and unfortunately, I got their housekeeping voicemail AGAIN. SO I LEFT ANOTHER VOICEMAIL asking for a call back because my relative is gonna be flying out within 2 days. So when I didn't hear back by 6pm, I decided to call again. Only to find out that their housekeeping manager is the only one that has the key to lost&found. And she was gone at 5 pm - so they told me to leave a voicemail AGAIN. (What I don't understand here is how can only ONE person hold the key to the lost and found him?)

So being frustrated, I told them I'd already called and did that and NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK or acknowledged my voicemail. So I was told they would personally leave a handwritten note for them to call me back the next day.

It is now the next day. NOTHING. I called again today at 2 asking if there's any news - was told the same BS. They will leave a note asking them to call me back - NOTHING.

With my relative leaving on in less than 36 hours, I need to know an answer. So I called again around 4 - someone picked up from housekeeping. And when I asked them about it, she said she'd check and call me back. I asked her if she needed my number, and was told no, because there's call display.

And SURPRISE! It is now almost 2 hours later, and NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. At this point, it's not about whether or not you have the plug. It's about CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How can only one person have the key to the lost and found bin. And HOW can that person/manager not reply to a client and/or acknowledge their concern?! If you pride yourself on customer service , you're pathetic.

I would rate it higher but there is major construction outside my window that I was not warned about. I got in at midnight and the news started at 7a. Hammering and all. Just ask to be places on the other side of the hotel.

Big bed, good service, reasonable prices. Room service was tasty! Free shuttle to and from airport - ideal for stopovers

The property is a bit outdated but the people were super friendly.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great bar and shuttle service to airport is nice. Request a room opposite of construction site.

Our Board meeting in the Caledon room was well catered with excellent food for lunch. Staff was professional and friendly yet quietly respectful of our time and work. Looking forward to them hosting our AGM next month.

This hotel is a great value with great on-site amenities, close enough to the subway that we stay here when doing events in dowbtown Toronto.we can spend a weekend here for far less than what a single night would be in the core.

Ok. The halls and rooms smell like they used to be the smoking section.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was on the small side but was in like new condition. Beds are very comfortable.

Good hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Shuttle to the airport is also available. The pricing for the extended parking is a little confusing.

They are doing some renovations at the moment, but everyone was very nice and helpful there.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was alright.

Everything was good except for some teenagers being loud at about 1am to 3am but that's not the hotels fault

Decent hotel. Small rooms on club floor at least with very low ceilings in hallways. Hotel is fairly modern although some furniture seems pretty cheap. Lobby is quite nice and staff were curious. Par for the course generally.

Handy to airport and quick shuttle but a neighbouring room with rowdies had a big fight with police having to attend at 3am. Makes it tough for sleep and a 6am shuttle.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Breakfast appeared to be typical Continental Style but with no signage that it was not included so the cost was a little surprising at 20$ for scrambled eggs and yoghurt.

Nothing to complain about. Room was fine, quiet despite all that was going on in the lobby. Free ride to the airport.

Walls are pretty thin making it easy to hear your neighbours, even just blowing their nose :( Food selection at the restaurant is pretty limited but tasty. Beautiful makeover in the lobby.

Hotel is good and clean. You should avoid the restaurant

Stayed overnight for an early morning flight. Room price included the cost to park at the hotel for the week and shuttle to and from the airport.

Great customer service. Great breakfast. Coffee in the room sucks. Much better than the gateway sheraton

There was construction around the entire hotel and on the hotel itself, nowhere was this mentioned on their website or during the booking process. The rooms are smaller than advertised, bathroom was dirty and had cheap renovations, air conditioner in both rooms was intermittent and extremely loud, food at attached restaurant was mediocre at best and extremely expensive. Simple customer service requests were not met or even attempted to be solved. They did not want to let me change rooms and made it an intensive process after they put me in a room above an open excavation and I was woken up at 5am by heavy machinery. The concierge actually hung up on me when I asked for their tv remote to switch inputs so I could plug my computer in. Definitely one of the worst hotels I ve stayed at for the price bracket.

The service was a great venue for hosting an important event. Rooms were inviting as well as the staff. All needs were catered too.

Location is great. Very close to airport. The room is good. It has everything you need. The service was good. The place is a bit ugly and sometimes there is a weird smell in the lobby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Clean room. small room. Hit tub was on the cool side.. Renovated and really close to airport.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby fairly standard rooms but comfy to be in. A little bit pricier than other hotels if you book too late for conventions or events but that's just supply and demand. Very nice place with polite staff.

Stayed the night for a 6 am flight. Both beds' headboards visibly dusty on top. $20/night parking needs to be made more clear when booking.

It was okay, they do have bust transfer from/to the airport

Friend was sleeping over before her flight back to finland. We I planned to go downtown that night and due to the close proximity to the airport, it allowed us to make it there and back. Rooms were clean and staff were very nice.

There was a hint of cigarette stink in the room. It is marginally acceptable. The breakfast is quite OK though.

Setting up for an event. The hotel staff was very nice and directed us where to setup.

Windows don't open and the fan doesn't run too well so gets a bit stuffy. Definitely a 3 star hotel but the staff was nice.

Attended for a training event. Great food catering and large venues and conference halls. The staff took fantastic care of us.

Amazing customer service. The staff has bent over backwards to make our experience a good one.

Fantastic service, from the driver to the front desk personnel who actually answer the phone, to the gentleman in the restaurant who got me a to go bag for the early morning flight.

Fast check in and also good room for a quick night sleep. Ate at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious too!

Stayed overnight at the four points by Sheraton near the Toronto airport. Paid $68 for a room and boy what a dingy room. Carpet is stained. Bed is not properly made. Worst four point I've stayed in. Serves it's purpose for a quick lay over but would not recommend it otherwise. Rooms need renovation.

This place is a joke I just made a reservation no more than 30 mins ago and I never got a confirmation email and when I got to the hotel they didn t have mine or when I called reservation they could t find mine.. this place is a circus and doesn t deserve to be a 3 star hotel...it suxks

The rooms were very clean but small. a microwave, no fridge ,a safe big TV's. lots of USB plugs at least 6 .2 chairs . pool and a gym on main level in the lobby . Bar beside lobby.Do not make the same mistake we did and go outside and ask can driver ti take you anywhere because it's off meter and you could get a potentially screw like we did .Ask concierge to call you a cab where it goes to dispatch and it's on the books .Also look for the coupons and discounts before deciding to go to any restaurants or sight seeing they are by the pool in a corner we didnt find them till we were leaving but well worth looking at .

Great location, just several minutes walking from T3 arrivals. Convenient access to the T1 train to connect to Union Pearson Express. Rooms are good but could not get heating to work.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, delicious food, service was top notch

The rooms were ok, felt a little cramped. Ok gym. Bar was nice the breakfast was good and the dinner was good. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great location for the airport. Terminal 3 is walking distance. But everything is slightly rancid in the hotel. Room, bar, etc. Staff, however, are very friendly.

The bed is nice. The United airline reservation clerk booked this on the phone. The place is not a great location if you want to enjoy the rest of your day in Toronto. I was really disappointed. It is in the middle of no where. The hotel food is sub par and over priced.The hallway stunk and was hot. The carpet is old and nasty and the door on the outside of my room miscolored. I could have book something in online for less with better features. I may have saved 20 dollars but the price of nice location makes my times of a sad situation more cheerful and is worth it. There 3 Sheridan near the airport. So I found this also adds to the confusion. The first one is at the airport and the guys tried to get me to book with them until I had it sorted out. I HAD A NON-refundable so I would have pay for 2 different hotel rooms. The shuttle was also confusing since there are 2 near each other. I think I will NOT stay at any Sheridans after this experience. I will also never let an agent try to give me a deal there is no deals in life. Be warned to check out location price and use online hotel Web.

I read the reviews the day before I arrived at this hotel and I have to say that people's expectations are a bit too high. I'm currently here right now. The rooms are perfectly fine and clean, checking in was a breeze with great customer service, and the lunch I had with my girlfriend was nice and fresh! The rooms are very quiet and you can't hear any planes or traffic. The A.C. is not as loud as some described as a jet engine. But hey, I'm easy to please. Thanks for your hospitality! I'd definitely return again. :)

Clean and well organized. Kind and professional staff. The stay was good in general.

Went there for a training, facilities are the same as any hotel of a similar type would have. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I was in Toronto for business meetings so I stayed at the Four Points for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed the first night but the food in the restaurant was good and i had a great nights sleep.

The folks are nice enough and they offer a shuttle bus. That said food at the restaurant is poor, the rooms are small and the beds are mediocre.

Very clean hotel, proximity to amenities is great with a 24hr pool. Breakfast is only til 930, but seems to have a decent selection. Very much enjoyed my stay.

i will not recommend this place , from 139$ tax included , i arrived 1 AM i was told its 139$ and when i checked out was 197$ . room cold at night you cant sleep and in the morning hot you wake up no air , not a plesent night to sleep next day i flu out to Havana all sick , i was told the 139$ its for next day price !

The hotel was nice and clean. But they can do a better job maintaining the parking lot.

Didn't explore much but if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night because they cancelled your flight then this is a good spot. It's only a 10 min walk from terminal 3

I use the car2go and Sheridan shuttle service to get to the airport. It was seamless and very cost-effective

Had lunch, dinner and room service over the weekend price want to bad and the food was phenomenal . Kids loved the pool. Room was very clean and the cleaning staff and door staff were super friendly

Clean. Restaurant on premises. Handy to Pearson International airport. Comfortable beds. Catering facilities available on premises as well as bar, making it convenient for conventions.
Registration desk could be a bit more lenient, if you don't have a credit card be willing to pay a huge deposit, which you will get back on check out, which cam ruin your holiday if you are on a budget!
