Location is good. We had a long day of flying. We got to the room about 6pm. We wanted to shower. No hot water. We ran it for 15 minutes. No hot water. We decided to go eat at the hotel restaurant. In passing the front desk, we told them no hot water. They said they would make a call. We ate at the restaurant and had a few drinks at the bar. Good food and good service. We got back to the room and went to sleep. We had an early flight out. 7am in the morning, still no hot water. It was luke warm at best. Called down and asked if there was an issue with hot water. They put me on hold. When they came back on they said just run it for 10-15 minutes. We did and still only luke warm water. We really didn t have time to deal with it. Also they are building a new tower beside the hotel. Construction noise started very early. Not a great room for trying to get sleep after and before flying. When we went to check out, we once again mentioned no hot water this morning or last night. Ok she says. They will look into it. How was the rest of your stay? I Haven t showered and we are about to get back on a plane for 6 more hours. Terrible service. To many airport hotels looking for business. Maybe wait until the new building is completed. Customer service was missed on this one.
