Had a few orders come out completely incorrect, and then the live band started on a pretty dead night which made it imposible to have a conversation with the people sitting at my own table. But at least their pizza was really good.
The food was out of this world! Enjoyed some live music and dined outside. Will definitely be back!
We enjoyed our meal in a very nice atmosphere and nice service. it is a bit upscale as far as the price goes someplace for a celebration but not for an everyday dinner
We took a friend because we went once before and they were slow but they tried to make it a good experience. This time we sat at the bar and the two bartenders we engaged in their own conversation for a while before the first bartender came over to take our order. Ten minutes later when we still didn't have our drinks the second bartender came over and took the order again. She made our drinks but left them on the end of the bar. After another 10 minutes we asked if they were our drinks she said yes but didn't know where they went. When we were done we requested our check 3 times and after waiting for another 10 minutes, we left more then enough to cover the bill and left. Sad that on a slow night they weren't more attentive.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful, roomy bar/restaurant/music venue /lounge with separate areas to be comfortable (and especially loved the purple sofas)!! My son's band played here and the manager, as well as the staff, treated the band and guests very well. Band area has it's own area off to side of bar/restaurant, perfectly situated so that you can either hang out and watch the band, or chose to dine in quieter section. Loved the different food options and food was great! Will definitely be going back to try some more dishes!
Band tonight was too loud. I couldn't talk with my twin brother. Drinks were good.
This place has a GREAT cheesesteak pizza! Open environment, friendly staff. Was served by Victoria who made my night with how above and beyond she went!

This place is great. Bring a beach chair and sit out back and listen to some live music. Outside bars available, cash only so come prepared.
Beautiful place inside, it is huge. Menu is small but that's good, keeps the food service fresh. My husband had mussels in tomato sauce with tiny pasta an a small piece of corn on the cob. I had a half wood grilled rotisserie chicken with chimichurri sauce, carrots and potato. A little dry but good. Overall a plesant experience, except for the table next to us needed to be bused. My husband told the manager on the way out.
Got take out from Laughing Fox Tavern tonight. Told them I was immuno-compromised so they took payment over the phone, brought the food to my car along w hand sanitizer AND latex gloves, for me, in case I was uncomfortable handling the pen to sign the check. So lovely, so considerate!! They've been donating pizza to the Jefferson Hospital staff as well. If you are at-risk but still would like a break from home cooked meals I highly recommend them. Also the food was delish and they are selling alcohol (after 2 weeks of homeschooling thank GOD). Wonderful, wonderful people!
Always a great experience at Laughing Fox. Food is awesome and the service is great. Ordering take out was even a great experience. I can t say enough good about this place, especially with their generosity during the pandemic. Can t wait to see y all in person again!

WATER IS NOT FREE HERE! EVEN AFTER SPENDING 62 BUCKS!!! I can see if you buy nothing and are just hanging out to hear music...but AFTER you have spent 62 bucks? OH HELL NO! DON'T GO!
Tried this place in the past with my friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoyed the great character and flavorful food and beverages. Keep it up.

Went for dinner. Coffee had been there all day and was cold. The sugar may have been left over from the last owner, it was hard as a rock.
I Didn t drink it. Server didn t even ask if anything was wrong with it.
Next onto the salads we had for dinner. How do you fail at a chicken Caesar salad? Croutons were Almost as stale as the sugar!
Not mixed together and chicken was loaded with black pepper. Scarcely any dressing.
Such a beautiful building but never a good place for dinner no matter what name you call it.

Great food nice atmosphere! Brussels sprout Caesar salad was delicious and huge. My burger and fries were perfect . Hubby insulted me when he stated his chicken was the best he ever ate!

This place has lots of potential. Two small rooms for parties of about 30 people each. and a great room downstairs for around 100 with its own bar. Food was good and service was good. Bartenders were friendly and the building is beautiful. They just need to get their name out there and maybe not play music til after 9 so the dinner crowd is gone. Over all a solid place, hopefully it stays busy and becomes a good local spot. Would love to see some pizzas under the heat lamps after the kitchen closes too
The Food and Drinks were Great. I will Return again. It had 8 Large TV's and the Atmosphere was Friendly. The Waitress had a Great Personality

This place is great! The food was surprisingly good,and the service was great also. One of the best features of the restaurant is the GREEN ROOM. You'll have to go to find out what exactly that is. I'll just day that it's an awesome extension of the restaurant itself where you can continue to hang out and relax. I'm definitely going back.
My first time here. I have no complaints. Salmon Caesar salad was good.
The place is nice however, they charged me $10.00 for 1 glass of wine. Are you, the owners serious? 1 drink and we closed out and went elsewhere.
everytime i come here, something changes. first they shorten happy hour to end at 6. then they change the happy hour menu and prices. im done with the games here. great bartenders and waitresses. terrible management.
Beautiful location . Recently went to see Juliano Brothers . Great music but not enough staff . They gave us the pizza free 2 hrs latter and apologized for the drink and meal delay . Need more staff and training or they won t make it.
The ribs were tough with more fat than meat and they were room temperature, as if they put cold sauce on lukewarm ribs
mac&cheese was cold and not very flavorful, service was great tho .

Worst dining experience I ever had. When we got there a friend tried to order a Michelob Ultra. He had to repeat it three times to the waitress, because she said she didn t know what it was. After taking our drink order it took 20 minutes to get the drinks. We ordered burgers with bacon, but were told they had no bacon left . I ordered the burger anyway. It took another 20 minutes for salt, pepper and Ketchup. Only after I asked for it. The burger was as cold by then. My wife s chicken sandwich had chicken that was still frozen on it. My friend ordered the pretzels and they forgot the two dipping sauces. I contacted the manager and he told us that the kitchen staff quit a few days ago and they were all new. He took all of our food and ask if we wanted a brick oven pizza. We said yes, because how hard is it to make a pizza. After 30 minutes another friend went to ask the manager where the pizza was. Apparently it had been sitting there, because they forgot to bring it to us. We decided not to eat after sitting for two hours. The food and service were horrible. I don t recommend going there unless you have already eaten.
Service was absolutely awful, our waitress was more worried about hanging out with her friends than taking care of customers. Looking at the reviews after the fact it seems like a trend for this place, seeing your drink at the bar for over ten minutes before being brought to you while the waitress walks by it numerous times laughing with friends and after waiting 20 minutes after finishing your food finally getting attention to get the bill watching her not go print it and even take card to the machine. Would not recommend to anyone I know.
Our first experience was good. We were impressed with the food we got and saw the potential this place had to be somewhere we would frequent. A number of weeks later, we gave it another try despite seeing some negative reviews, however, we have to agree with the other reviewers. In fact, we ended up getting some drinks and an app or two and skipping the dinner. The waitress was nice but it seems like they lack communication and support from managment. The food has had some major changes and not for the better but they're not reflected on the menu. There wasn't even a draught list available. The food does have potential but the changes are discouraging. I hope that they realize what's wrong and pull through because it could be a nice place.

The place was hopping busy. The employees and suit guys were very nice and very pleasant! They need to work out the kinks with the brick oven pizza though and the wings were cool to touch. This will not deter us from coming back. I think they have a good thing going! Good luck!!
The place is beautiful. The bartender Brian was great very attentive & helpful. The rotisserie chicken sandwich, which is served cold, was kinda dry. It needed a bbq or aioli type of spread on top or maybe to be served hot. I will give them another try, maybe next time I will try one of their pizzas.
Unfortunately the lowest score you can give them is 1. Facility looks nice but unfortunately the rest is absolutely horrible. Food arrives cold and usually missing some item ie. Ketchup,mustard or items that are supposed to come with the meal.. been here 3 times in the past month and the excuses are always the same.new cooks, new waitresses and new menu.. how can a restaurant operate when you change the menu 3 times in the same month. Asked to speak to management and was asked what problem was, explained to hostess and then was told "Nick isn't around after all. Poor management and poor food and kitchen staff always quitting = restaurant going out of business again
Food was great, and drinks were ice cold music also great. Can tell they are still working out the kinks by the wait, but once they get a bigger menu and get in the groove it'll be even better. Will definitely tell people to go, and will return for sure.
I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I must say the service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Pricing is affordable and they serve sizeable portions.
Drinks were not very good. Bartender was drinking more alcohol then was in my drink!
We went on Sunday at 5:30. I had told them it was my mother's birthday. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere inside and out. Menu look like it had many choices with nice twists to make it interesting and yet reasonably priced. It was relatively empty but said they were busy the night before. Sadly, mixed review on the food. Every dish was missing ingrediants listed on the menu (waitress said new chef who would then be creating new menu). Other items were not available at all, even vanilla ice cream even though it was early and there is a Wal-Mart across the street. Two of us ordered steak...medium rare that came out raw. One was resolved but other came out still raw. By that time, others had finished their meal so one of us went without dinner. No acknowledgement of the birthday though it was mentioned again when we ordered dessert. And mostly, even though the manager served and took back our raw steak, neither he, nor anyone else, came out to apologize for the issues, even though it was still rather empty when we left. And one more thing, you pay at the table through an electronic device the waitress hands you and then stands there while you pay the tip.

Beautiful place, with great service and great food. They have a good drink menu and a decent amount of wines, but the beer menu is a little weak with too many cheap beers and not enough craft brews. There's a few good beer bars in the area, but none of them are in a place this nice, so the Fox would dominate if they had the same beer selection.
My wife and I have given this venue at least one try, under each new owner, for a couple reasons. It is close to our home and it is a beautiful building inside and out. As we have learned, beautiful building and great ambiance does not always equate to great food and great service.
If you haven't tried it yourself, let me save you some money and a waste of your time. The Laughing Fox was a big disappointment.
After being seated in a booth that was very close to the kitchen doors even though the place was quite empty, we discovered that we were not able to enjoy happy hour drink pricing due to the fact that we were sitting in the dining room and not the lounge or bar area. Why would some people in the restaurant be availed to cheaper drinks and have a better experience when others who want to sit in a booth are deprived and charged more. That's strike one.
So as you can imagine we packed up and moved into an area where the drinks are cheaper. During this transition our waitress knew that we were going to be ordering drinks and food but she, (Amanda), stood way down at the kitchen with two other waitresses looking at their phones again while the place was almost completely empty. (exception for 50s plus gentleman at the bar).
When she decided to wander over to us, we ordered a dirty martini and a Coors light draft along with the crispy calamari appetizer and a Laughing Fox Burger (medium) to split.
I noticed our drinks sitting at the bar for over a minute and only when I walked up to retrieve them myself did our inattentive waitress waltz over and try to bring them to us.
Meanwhile it seems like everyone in this business was walking around in a daze the restaurant manager in sneakers and dirty jeans. No one seemed to care.
When the calamari came out it turned out to be delightful and one of the best calamari dishes I've ever had drizzled with the balsalmic glaze and with a side of sriracha aioli mayonnaise, it tasted great. The burger however was cooked like shoe leather not medium not enjoyable and the fries in a cute little basket that came with it were 90% burnt.
We had to practically flag down the waitress again to try to get a second beverage. Still hanging out with her cronies on their phones not paying attention and walking up with it pretentious look on her face until she got clothes and then put on her Signature Smile.
Well that's about it I did tip her as I feel walking out without tipping is quite rude even if the service is bad but I daresay we will not give it another try. If the ownership of the Laughing Fox is in any way interested in having this business succeed they should take a covert trip down to Racks in Turnersville and see how they do things...
I have no affiliation with them but I do eat there and thepeople who run it truly know what they are doing. It is always packed with happy eaters and drinkers.
