I would recommend Royal Auto Collision to anyone who needs their car serviced or repaired and give them 10 stars if I could for their professional, courteous and informative service! My father had a car incident and had his vehicle picked up by Royal staff. The place is clean, well-managed, and spacious. Richard personally ensured that my father had all the assistance he needed to deal with insurance and have his vehicle assessed. If you want your vehicle looked after, then look nowhere else! These guys know what they're doing and it shows! My father was very much satisfied and now I know where to go should my vehicle ever have any problems. Thank you, Royal Auto Collision!!!

Went in expecting to pay a pretty penny and came out paying virtually nothing at all. Mike did such a clean and thorough job at cleaning a stain off the hood of my car. He was meticulous and didn t even try robbing me off like other auto shops usually do. Such an honest man. Came out with a 100% satisfaction in a jiffy! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone that wants a good job done.

This bodyshop is full of clever and oversmart people ready to ripp-off Innocent customers or Insurance companies. They would bluntly deny everything to save their public image and put things on insurance provider or customers.
I strongly recommend everyone to NEVER use this bodyshop and even the SMALLEST work.

Royal Auto Collision exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. I am so happy with their work that I will be going to them for any type of work for any vehicle in my family.
When my brand new 2020 mustang GT got hit in the parking lot, I was devastated to say the least. People who know the auto industry well advised me to take my vehicle to Royal auto. They said that it may be weird to hear this but my vehicle will come back better than new. I thought that was something they said to comfort me but nope, when my vehicle returned from royal auto, it looked absolutely brand new. It literally felt like I was taking delivery of my Mustang GT all over again.
I work at a dealership and I park my car in the company's parking lot. I have had people who work in industry including technicians, detailers, painters approach me and tell me that my car looks absolutely stunning. They could literally find no fault with any work done on the vehicle at all. These are people who work on vehicles for a living and every one of them asked me where I got the work done since it was immaculate.
One funny thing about this is that when I picked up my Mustang GT, it actually came with a panel defect. The original hood from ford did not line up perfectly with the front headlamp. It was a defect from the factory so I did not care much. So when my car came back, I instinctively went to see if they had fixed it and they absolutely had !!! It lines up perfectly now lol.
A big thank you to Craig, Maroon and all the people at Royal Auto who worked on my vehicle and brought it back to life. It is weird to say this but it looks even better than when I picked it up.
Their customer service was top notch, they kept me well informed throughout the process and any requests that I made of them were handled efficiently and courteously. They had worked on my Girlfriend's mustang last year and she was thrilled with their work. I can honestly say that without a doubt, that if you care about your car like I do with mine, you should have people that are 100% professional work on it. Having your car in an accident is bad enough, you want people working on your car that give you a complete peace of mind, I found Royal auto collision to be those people. I will be recommending them to all my friends, family and Clients alike.

This is a great business, they kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Very pleasant, great set once overall.

Customer friendly, curtious and supportive, appear to have better quality service and professional expertise; currently assigning 4 star, will revise to 5 star after i get my job done, at least meeting my expectations.

I went here 3 weeks ago to get my bumper fixed and the service was great and my car was fixed just in time.

Richard helped us throughout the entire process and was always kind and available whenever we had questions. I would recommend them in a heart beat! Great customer service experience and support.
