I couldn t believe how comfortable Lake Bellavance made me feel throughout the whole buying process. Super knowledgeable and low pressure kinda guy and I didn t have to spend hours at the dealership. Make sure you check out Rowe and ask for Lake!

Lake Bellevance was an absolute pleasure to work with. After looking at leasing I decided to purchase a used Ford F150 Lariat. I stopped at Rowe on a Saturday to check out a truck they had in stock, it was a 2015 with 107000 miles. These guys made this thing shine like it was a day old. Inside and out it was amazing. I was introduced to Lake and told him the truck I wanted to see. In no time lake had the truck ready for a test drive. At no time did Lake try any high pressure sales tactics, no credit checks, no trying to sell me things I did not want. He answered all my questions directly without any double talk. The test drive was like a trip with a best friend. Lake was so much fun. I was comparing this with another used truck at another dealer. I started discussing pricing and began to work on a deal with Lake. Being somewhat new Lake brought his sales manager, Dave Spiller, into the conversation. Dave was very knowledgeable, we talked about the other truck I was looking at. He was able to pull some extra info about both trucks that was not easily accessible. He was a very firm but fair negotiator.

On a negative note we had 2 interactions with Mike Jeffers. First I asked for a overnight test drive, Lake asked Mike who was the MOD at that point. Mike relayed through lake that their insurance would not cover that. It was an obvious lie to prevent me from persisting. I see plenty of ROWE dealer plates speeding by my house in Casco at 8-9 at night. Lake further explained that they did not want to add miles to the already high mileage vehicle. Lake offered a longer test drive which we took him up on.
Second, The evening I decided to purchase the truck. I met with lake and he started the paper work around 6PM. He told us that they were very busy and it might take awhile. All I really needed was a invoice total to bring to my bank but I also wanted to discuss extended warranties. So we waited. The whole time other sales men are going to talk to Mike who we could hear clearly. He was constantly being very rude and condescending to the employees. At 7:45 we finally made it into the finance office. Chris Blanchard told us they did not have any extended warranties available. He gave us a sales agreement without a deposit because he was not able to get into the system to take one. On our way out we stopped to say bye to Lake who was with mike. Mike asked me if I left a deposit. The first thing he said to me was asking if he had any of my money. I told him no and he said I would have to leave one if he was going to hold the truck. Lake chimed in and said they could not take one. Mike let it go at that point. The whole thing was very "Give me money and get out of my sight". This is at 8:00PM after waiting 2 hours for everyone else to go first.

After that we did our final negation with Lake and Dave. We came to a final agreement and took our new truck home. Lake was truly awesome, fun, and a great personality. Dave is very no nonsense, knows the facts, so much fun to talk with. If Mikes ego inflates any more they can out him out by the road like one of those inflatable flailing arm attention grabbers.

Also to note, Vinnie Martorano and Ryan Goodwin were also very pleasant and helpful when we considered leasing. Don Mundee in parts was also great getting the add on parts I wanted very quick.

I made a reservation at this dealer, who made me wait two weeks to get it. It took me almost 15 minutes to make the reservation. They required my vin number and more detail about me and the car, then I had ever given.

When I entered the dealer, no one acknowledged my presence. After waiting 10 minutes, a gentlemen said, NEXT.

I approached the counter and provided my information and was told the items I wanted repaired couldn't be done today and I need to make another reservation. The gentlemen did not exude customer service and treated me like I am lucky to be giving Rowe my money to fix my car. I asked to speak to manager and the person working with me, told me they are the manager.

I asked if he had boss and he proceeded to tell me he doesn't. I asked if he was the owner and he said no. And re iterated my request to speak to the manager, which he ignored.

Needless to say, I did not leave my car and left requesting for the third time a manager call me. They have yet to call.

Need to update my review. The dealer has since called. They listened to what I had to say and sincerely want to make things better. For that I am upping my rating.

From my first phone interaction with internet specialist Nathan Baril (Thank you Nathan for successfully encouraging me to take advantage of the current sale prices, giving me the facts I needed without any BS) and sales person Jim Hynes for expertly accessing my truck needs and buying priorities and quickly matching me with the perfect truck. Everyone I dealt with at Rowe was highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the entire sales process. But most importantly I feel like I got a really great deal! I would recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle check them out-there is no doubt that you will be glad you did.

We used to go to a local dealer for service and had become accustomed to being treated badly. After a year of complaints, we found ourselves avoiding service, like one avoids the dentist. So, we tried Rowe Ford. To our surprise, our first Rowe Ford experience was so different, my husband handed them the credit card with a smile on his face. To say it was a night and day experience would be an understatement. We have been going there for a couple years now and Matt Berube really makes the difference. We enjoy bringing our cars and truck in for service. Matt makes sure we are taken care of and seems to enjoy doing it. Isn't that what customer service is all about?

I got a assessment of my truck they said I needed 2 catalytic converters and it would be 2k. I told them to do it. Then I got off the phone and talked with my husband and called them back exactly 45 minutes later. We decided to not do it at this time and to get a second opinion. 45 minutes later it was too late to cancel it without paying a 200 re stocking fee. This is Ford buying parts from Ford. I called them within the hour and o had to pay 200 for changing my mind. We will not be going there again. They also charge 160 just for an assessment of what s wrong with your vehicle. This is too high for me.

Overall this was my best car buying experience going all the way back to when I bought my first car... a 1968 VW Karmann Ghia convertible. My salesman, Ed G., was extremely affable, helpful without being in anyway pushy and extremely well informed. I drove in knowing what I wanted (buy a Ionic Hybrid) and I left in a my new car less than 90 minutes later. Thank you.

I went to ROWE Westbrook to trade in my SUV and buy a new Hyundai car/SUV.
Jason Burns helped me to decide the car I am going to drive with his expertise at the detail of the car I was looking for. Mike Jeffers, Mannager at Westbrook helped me get the best satisfied price for my tradein and took good care of locating the vehicle and honouring the best price on my New 2013 Hyundai Santafe Sport.

Jason and Mike together got me into a this nice SUV with all bells and whistles.

Ray Larette was polite and professional in closing the monetary deal. Couple signs and I was done.

The service of Rowe Westbrook was fantastic. Though the SUV I bought had a manufacturer defect of the sunroof, Jason talked to the service guys and got me right in and got it taken care. Jessica Hanscom at service helped to get the service done at the best and honoured me a gift card as well.

Jason was very helpful, friendly and honest and I would recommend him to others for a future vehicle purchase. The whole experience with Rowe was new and at the end was very pleasant. Great dealership and has nice people like Jason, Mike and Jessica that make this delearship great.

I recently purchased a 2015 Altima S with the help of Lou Couture. I had no intention of buying this vehicle or even thought I would have any luck being able to leave the lot with one. Lou is a very courteous and helpful salesman. He did not push my husband and myself to purchase anything we were not happy with but went through their inventory to show us other options till we found something we could afford and liked. The whole process was not stressful and surprisingly easy. We had a vehicle within a couple of hours, all cleaned and full of gas.

We bought a car at Prime in Saco in 2018. We were able to charge $3,000 to our credit card, wrote a check for the remainder and drove away with a new car in fifteen minutes. Rowe only allowed a minimal credit card charge and a small personal check. The Hyundai spring sale offers incentives but you have to take out a loan and we had to wait for an hour to sign paperwork for a loan that we didn't want. That being said, we really like the Tucson we bought, but we were not happy with the process.

My wife and I were looking to Lease a Ford Explorer. We tried to do a lot of the "legwork" online with various dealerships. We are in Central Maine and reached out to five Ford dealerships around us. One salesman was confrontational and insisted he could not help me until I came in (even though the other four gladly offered me a ballpark value on my trade and approximate payment on a Explorer), one took all my information but never got back to me (even though in my correspondence I stated "I wanted to get this deal done today!), two were polite and responsive but had no real intention of trying to meet my needs in terms of a payment. It wasn't until I got an online response from the internet salesman at Rowe Ford in Westbrook. The salesman I was dealing with was Lake Bellavanvce. I shared with him all the various trade in values and payments I had been offered from the other dealerships, He laughed a bit and said "give me a few minutes". Within five minutes he contacted me. He gave me a number higher than any other dealer on my trade in and gave me an estimated payment on an XLT that was $60 a month less than any other dealer yet the model he was offering yet had more"bells and whistles" than any of the other stripped down models the other
dealers had offered. All of this had been done without me ever having to have left my house. Once I saw the offer, we jumped on it. We headed to Westbrook, we found our new Explorer sitting in the front of the store waiting for us. Lake greeted us, showed us around the explorer while their appraisal team took a look at our trade to confirm their offered number was good. Once we all agreed we liked it, we were in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes, all done and headed home with our new Explorer. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a Ford, save yourself some time running around, Hit up Lake via the internet. He knows his stuff, is responsive, and very adaptable (as we changed our minds a lot on which vehicle we wanted). He'll make it happen the way you want it to happen.

I had been considering trading my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe when I received an email from Leif O'Connell! After a brief exchange I expressed to Leif what I wanted in my "new" Santa Fe. Leif came through and I am now driving a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate!! What a vehicle!! It was a pleasure doing business with Leif O'Connell. He went the extra mile to be certain I was familiar with all on the features in my new vehicle and invited me to contact him at ANY time if I had questions or problems. Lou was amazing at dealing with me and helping me answer all the questions I had about all the vehicles I was curious about. He was upbeat, kind, and an overall easy to talk to guy that anyone would want to have help from when wanting to buy or even lease a new vehicle. The entire buying experience was so easy from my first communication to day of delivery. Lou Couture was our salesman - and the furthest thing from a regular pushy salesman that you would normally encounter at a dealership. Not only did he go above and beyond, he even took a video of the truck I was interested in that was made just for me and before it hit the lot with the normal photos and videos. Lou answered every question I asked in a super timely manner and best of all, was personable...even through these crazy covid times!!! Will absolutely be purchasing my next truck from Lou at Westbrook!

Leif O'Connell is a top notch sales rep. He exceeded my expectation; straight forward and did not try to over sell me on anything. The offer on my 2nd lease was better than my first . He checked in with me frequently to see If I was satisfied with the first vehicle I leased. Then to my surprised he called before my lease expired to let me know that he had an upgrade that I would love. He was right! I love my 2nd lease!

Peter Raymond was a wonderful salesperson. He was very helpful and I appreciate all he did. I would refer him out to anyone. My overall experience is not the greatest. We purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. Took it on a Friday and brought it back in on the following Wednesday because they needed to replace a couple clamps on the bumper. We got there and no one had a clue what needed to be done. Sent us to Service Dept. and they had no clue what needed to be done. Left Rowe Ford a bit frustrated and called Mike J. and he said he would take care of it and to come back the following week. We had the car for a little over a week and went out with family and the car stopped working while turning a corner. Spent a couple hours stranded an hour from home and luckily got it started again and got us home. Brought it in to be looked at and found out there had been a recall on it that was missed during the time they Rowe Certified it. They did give us a rental car for free for 2 days though which was appreciated. Another frustrating thing was that I handed them my insurance card while signing the paperwork and was told they would contact the insurance company and get everything transferred over for the new car. I went to the Town Hall to register it and asked Progressive to fax over the proof of insurance and it had not been done and it was 12 days later. So I spent 28 minutes on hold and then had to relay all the information on the new car to insurance company. And the car is still not running right and will have to be brought in again. Its extremely frustrating.

Matt Berube is the man! We switched service centers because we were treated so badly we forgot what good service was and then we met Matt, who deliver AWESOME service everytime. It's not just about getting your truck fixed. It's getting you on the schedule when something weird starts happening and you are about to leave for a long drive. Its setting up a loaner vehicle without sheepishly having to ask when its really needed. He's the reason we keep going back to Rowe Ford. Totally worth the extra miles.

How to put this, they tried not to sell me stuff ie a tire, because mine was fine, and recommended a balance. Other places would of tried to make me get 4 new tires. I am happy i went here. Great work was done to my vehicle. It is hard to find an honest place to take your vehicle to get work done. But I am happy i went here.

I've taken my van to Rowe Ford twice now, and both times I received exemplary service (like, way beyond what I'd ever expect at an autobody shop). The customer service reps are always friendly, and they never ever talk down to you (which as a woman who knowns nothing about cars, I really appreciate). I needed some repairs done during COVID, and the safety measures taken went above and beyond (including pick up and drop off, and the guy even made sure to put my hand sanitizer in the rental vehicle when he dropped it off). Both times I've gone into the shop itself, I've been greeted by Matt (I think) in the commercial service area and both times I walked away feeling confident in the level of service I would receive. Everything ran super smoothly with my recent repair; prompt communication, clear explanation of the problem, and quick turnaround time. Highly recommend.

The explanation of what was needed with my vehicle was fine, hence the 2 stars. Rowe has two waiting areas in the main building. We were sitting for 3.5 hours in the Business waiting room (which I ve done before, no worries). During this time of COVID-19, I didn t see anyone wipe down or clean the main waiting room or center table. Several customers came and went and employees were constantly going through. I know they have the cleaning supplies, as the Business waiting room was filled with boxes of them. I m immuno-compromised, so this concerned me.
