One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Service was quick, thorough, and personal. We had not only a fantastic server, but the bar staff was on point making cocktails efficiently and deliciously. We ordered the espresso marinated steak and the Amish chicken and both were absolutely splendid. Room was tight for seating and the instructions about our early reservation were unclear for when the venue opened a few minutes late, but nonetheless it didn't take away from our experience tonight.

I have been coming to for the past 3 years. Last week I returned and I was truly disappointed. The food did not taste the same as it once did. The food tasted so different. It was not enjoyable at all especially for what they charge in this place. Its a shame because its a great place to watch a show but the food is just not good.

This is an elegant and stylish Cabaret. Beautifully designed by the best Broadway designers, it is a nightclub of today and yesterday. The programs capture theatre and music from yesterday, today and tomorrow. The food is good, the service and ambiance are superb. A wonderful night out.

Went here last night to support my friend and watch her sing. Was a beautiful venue! Loved the red velvet walls on the way down and the decor in the main area was warm and lovely. No cover either just a $20 minimum but their food is delicious! Had the steak and fries and it melted in my mouth. Have already looked up their upcoming shows because I can't wait to return!

We attended a cabaret show here and it was amazing! We found the food delicious and our waiter was nothing but nice. We were first line (showed up 45 minutes early) and we were given the first table in the corner (closest to where the performers walk from backstage). We got to touch and greet the performers throughout the night. The security guard told me that seating is pre-arranged before we arrive so when we return someday, I'll be sure to call ahead and get this confirmed with the manager since there will be no use to show up early for a show! Again, we will definitely be back!

A cabaret with Broadway shoe sizes. In addition to the entrance ticket, you must spend a minimum of $ 25 per person. Drinks and dishes are expensive. And the show lasts only 1:15. What a pity. Short. Original, singers at the top but select and expensive.

I absolutely LOVE this place! On a recent visit to New York City, we attended the Princess Party. What a fantastic production. 54 Below offers an intimate setting, wonderful menu and great service. I will definitely be back on my next visit to NYC.

Good acoustics and sight lines. Nice atmosphere though the wallpaper makes me think of 19th century new Orleans bordellos....Long lines for admission and coat checking...Fine friendly helpful waitstaff...High prices....All in all , very good.

A great venue to see some of your favorite Broadway singers and groups. Often times when one of my favorites is doing a private show, they choose this venue and for good reason. The staff are friendly fast and courteous. There really is not a bad seat in the house, however if you want to be close to your favorite then I highly recommend getting the stage side seating. The last time I went to this venue my steak was a little bit too salty and that is why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

Saw 54 Sings 1776 here. Great show, beautiful venue. Cabaret seating, so make some polite conversation if you can. Went alone, but would recommend going with a friend/date. $25 minimum for food and very attentive wait staff. Would definitely go back for another show.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there and had an amazing time. We had the prix fix menu and it was absolutely delicious then watched Christine Andreas sing Edith Piaf songs, such a beautiful voice! The staff was great and made sure our anniversary was special, will definitely return!

Want to see the stars of Broadway shows in a more intimate setting? See what's playing at 54 Below! Here you'll find the same Broadway talent you just saw in one of the huge broadway theaters around the corner, performing their own material or side projects. It's a great place to see some crazy performers!

waitstaff does a decent job of staying out of the way while still maintaining service during cabaret acts/concerts, though they've failed more than once to get my food or drink order (placed well before the start time) to me before the set starts.

We saw Bebe Neuwirth there and she was an absolute charm. The repertoire including works by Sondheim, Kander and Ebb, and Waits was delivered with not only perfect skills but also unique interpretations. To fulfill the $25 per person minimum spending, I ordered Caesar Salad with pesto and Shishito Peppers, and my friend had Spring Risotto. All were surprisingly good. The only complain that I have is the price, but NYC being NYC I just sort of accepted being robbed by various venues.

Server was SO lovely and incredibly attentive and lovely. Concert was obviously absolutely amazing and star quality; venue itself is absolutely amazing and so fun to be at! Drinks were good and server kept them topped up. But the food was just not very good. Seasoning was lackluster and bland on most dishes we ordered and also received rubbery chicken. Also if you can t eat dairy there was limited options. Very average tasting food for the $$$. Would definitely come back but in the future I d skip eating and meet my $25 minimum with drinks & the low cost appetizers.

What a treat to hear the rich voiced country singer Mandy Barnett in such an intimate setting as 54 Below. With just a spare piano accompaniment, Barnett sailed through the Nashville songbook singing gems like Roy Orbison s Its Over , Patsy Clines hits, a surprise Gershwin duet with the lovely Michael Feinstein, Cole Porter s I Love Paris and a devastating Jimmy Webb cover Adios . The show was terrific and as always the staff and service is better than it needs to be. What a night!

The nicest staff, I have ever encountered in this type of venue. I wish I could recall the waiters' name that we had last night( 7/7 we were at the first table against stage ) he was genuinely a very nice young man. The gentlemen at the door as well as at the reservation desk wonderful and accommodating. This was my second time there and if at all possible the food seems to get better and better. It was wonderful the first time there and even better this time. Great lay back place with class.

I had such an amazing 1st experience here seeing Sierra Boggess!! The staff and everyone here always puts you first and makes sure you are enjoying yourself to the fullest extent. The small and intimate feeling is wonderful, and the food, while it is on the pricey side, is so wonderful. I totally recommend it! A wonderful night out!

Saw Norm Lewis on Christmas eve here. We sat at the bar and the seats were awesome. The whole venue was lovely, the staff was very friendly, service was quick, and while we only got dessert and drinks it all tasted delicious. There doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house.

Love everything about this place. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the entertainment is top notch. Went there to watch We Will Rock You and was throughly entertained. The Duck Confit Salad was really good and so was the Espresso Marinated Hanger Steak, my only gripe was that the steak was a little small, othwise it was good.

We had tickets to a show this evening which we were looking forward to for a long time childhood performer who eas was playing. Unfortunately we had a unexpected emergency which enabled us to attend. I tried to get a refund or see if we could use the tickets for another time and was told, nope we do not refund or change regardless of the circumstances . We will never attempt to try this venue ever again.
