RouteVision customer for 2 years. I'm very satisfied. Respond quickly to questions and are very customer-friendly. Today I had a problem since one of our taxis had a collision and the system had to be transferred to another taxi. They immediately sent a technician and it is still arranged today. Really great! At such a moment you know what you are paying for. I have always experienced the system as very intuitive, without complicated things that you do not use. In itself I did not want to switch from my previous GPS system to routevision, after a number of phone calls they convinced me because they would be better and cheaper.

With our previous system we always used an app, this is the fastest way for us to log in to see where our cars are.
This would also be online very quickly on routevision because it was actually ready so maybe at the end of 2018 otherwise at the latest in Q1 of 2019.

I have contacted a number of times about this, but I don't get an answer or a vague answer.
Also quite often malfunction, had earlier contact. System was reset and I just had to look if it was better. That did not work so eventually a call was made to make an appointment for a service technician, who arrived almost 2 weeks later. In the meantime have been unable to use one of the cars for some time. Very difficult if you have to manage cars on alarm notifications, you pay for something and you can't count on it and use it for a while. The mechanic who came was indeed great! Nicely on time and precise in his work, friendly guy too!
I am now stuck with a 5-year contract which I don't like at all, if I indicate that I am not exactly satisfied, I will not respond to that, too bad! Only 4.5 years left .....

Today contract renewed with RouteVision. We have been a customer for years and are very satisfied. My husband has his own plumbing company Visser and years ago we had systems installed for our two buses. The reason I decided to post this review is because my husband had surgery in the summer and we were afraid of a difficult period financially. This made us decide to discuss with all the parties we did business with what would be possible if we were in financial difficulties. We greatly appreciated the way in which our account manager Sonny and the lady in the financial department contributed to us. You will not find this nice attitude everywhere. Fortunately, everything went well for us and our company is running as it should again. We are very satisfied with the operation of the system and the friendly service!
Nice system fast communication. However: there would also be an app to track your vehicle and see journeys. This is not the case. So now a more expensive product than a competitor and can do less!

After having used a similar system from a competitor for 3 years, we also switched to the RouteVision system with our Dutch company. We are very pleased with the ease of use of the system, no malfunctions but also the service. After one of our engineers recently had a collision, they quickly placed a new unit in the replacement car. You pay 1 fixed amount and after that you are helped really quickly and you no longer pay additional costs each time. In the past we had a completely different experience at the other company (which seemed cheap, but in the end was very expensive due to all the additional costs). So big praise for RouteVision.

A few years ago we started Routevision with 1 car and our fleet has now grown to 11 vehicles. In recent years we have had a number of units built over which always went smoothly. Beware of this company !! They deliberately collect 3-year contracts through another company without saying this. They come quickly in between, because they are nearby, quickly get a signature. If you indicate the same day that you want 12 and not a 36-month contract, they are not at home and immediately call in a bailiff ... !!

For years satisfied with the route registration of RouteVision. Meanwhile, 2 systems have been ordered again and this has all been built in quickly. Handy that they also have an app. The mileage registration can be found in one overview!
Don't fall for the fun talk of Routevision. What scammers. They come to sign a contract on location (outside the car). What they don't tell you, however, is that you are committed to it for 5 years. The installation of the box is done neatly and quickly. But if you want to cancel your "contract" (1 piece of paper) you will be sent from pillar to post. That sheet of paper does not even clearly state that you are entering into a 5-year contract. Very unclear. I quit my company after being a customer of routevision for 1.5 years. If you quit your business you do expect some compensation. After much deliberation they would look at that. Many phone calls and email traffic back and forth. Eventually, they ask for a copy from the Chamber of Commerce stating that you really quit. Then they cannot do anything for you. They do indicate that you can take out your GPS box yourself. Service zero !! Now I can pay for the other 3.5 years while I can no longer use their service.
They don't even respond to my latest (angry) email. All they do is send the final invoice. There you have it. It's all about money !!

The system is easy, clear and fully automatic, so I don't have to keep track of anything anymore. This data is also converted into reports that are easy to download again, ideal! Everything has become even easier with the app. RouteVision also always offers a fast and good service.
We have been a customer for years. Because we no longer wanted to conclude a 5-year lease contract, (but for a year,) they threw us off their system. Poor and expensive company !! We are now affiliated with another company. A lot clearer, works fine, a clear overview is mailed every week as extra service. We can, of course, also follow all cars at any time and print out the required data! And ... a 1-year contract concluded and also a lot cheaper !! ........ Response to response from Routevision; definitely not an artist name! Name of the owner. Ask your representative: a company on the Hoogeind industrial estate in Helmond. Your representative told us; if you do not sign for an (expensive) contract for 5 years then I will throw you away from our system. After a few hours we had a black screen. And this after ten years of being a customer of Routevision!
I recently expanded my fleet and provided the cars with a RouteVision system. For this I used a similar cheap product, but I switched because this system often had a malfunction. Since I also use it on two of the cars for the addition, I did not want to take any more risks. I am very satisfied with this system. Via the RouteVision app I can arrange many things with my phone and follow the vehicles. Compliments to engineer Steef. During the installation, he also repaired a mirror while he came to install the system. That's service again.
