We've just bought our second house with Raymond Butrus. I'll be the first to admit we can be a little challenging when house shopping, but he was great both times. He was patient with our requests and offered valuable insight to the area/house upgrades. He kept constant communication and went out of his way to meet us to view a house as soon as possible. He was honest with all his feedback and never pushy. He presented us with the facts and offered advice, but left us to discuss and decide what to do with it. He's a great person to have in your corner whether you're selling or buying. We don't plan on moving for awhile, but we will be staying with Ray when the time comes. I wouldn't recommend working with anyone else because Ray's the best!

Tiea is an amazing property manager. She keeps me informed about the property and always contact me before big decisions are made. Couldn t ask for a better property manager. Awesome all around!!!

Erin is our real estate Ninja. She's helped us purchase 4 properties and sell one. So responsive and reliable.

Andrea Farhat is AMAZING!! She is on my "dream team" in real estate. Super responsive, knowledgeable of her market, rules and regulations, takes the guess work out of "ok, now what?" I can't do her justice you'll just have to call her and love her for yourself!

Jody Caputo made our 1000 mile move down the east coast a breeze. She FaceTimed us countless times, showing us house after house to find us the right one. My family truly felt comfortable and welcomed by Jody and Round Table, and couldn t imagine buying a house with a different realtor. Jody is truly a godsend! We couldn t be happier with our home that we bought sight unseen, all thanks to Jody s help.

Buyer beware. Andrea refused to put in an offer of 350k on an older house she agreed was overpriced, but was listed at 425k ... It sold to someone else for 317k. Ask for information, they lie. Looking to buy a house and they steer you to the most expensive, tell you it is well cared for, great home. Turns out the house has been empty for 6 years. Good house? Maybe. They claim all the HOAs are the same , but some are overly intrusive, they don't give you access until too late to back out without losing your deposit. If you do not buy homes frequently, find another realtor.

Raymond Butrus has been our one and only real estate agent guiding us through the process of both the buying and selling of two homes. If there is one certainty in the real estate game it is this, Raymond will go above and beyond in service and performance to win on your behalf!

stay away from Steve henrickson.
he submitted a contract to the Secretary of the Remax remax office in direct contradiction of the orders that I gave him. it was supposed to be a counter offer but he took advantage of me and submitted it anyway and they accepted that offer and it went under contract. once that was done it was too late and I couldn't go back. also he's good friends with the owner of the title company which did the closing and he was supposed to get 1% commission they tried to do the closing at 3% but it's a good thing that I read every line because they tried to screw me out of the commission too.
also the buyer was trying to get into the property earlier than he should have been and instead of bringing his own buyers agent to come to my house and talk to me he came with my agent, Steve henrickson, without my knowledge or concent and help the buyer to negotiate getting into the house early.my agent, Steve henrickson, was supposed to be working for my betterment not for the buyers betterment.

Steve Henricksons 's wife works for landmark title in jacksonville.
his wife was one of the closing agents and they changed the terms of the closing Contract like from 1% which we contractually agreed-upon to 3%
that's right what a scumball bait and switch. I spoke to the scumball owner of their name is David heekin and he asked me if I can produce the original contract. Of course I could have had it with me.

They had no choice but to change the closing documents back to 1%.

Working with Mark Deemer was fantastic! We have used him for purchasing and selling our home in Florida. He isn't transactional at all, and really builds a relationship with his clients. He went above and being for us this year, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I were in search of a home in the Orange Park area close to his work. Having worked with Round Table in the past we knew we wanted to work with them again, but this time had the pleasure of working with Paula. Homes were selling fast in this area and Paula would help the search by bringing homes to our attention that were up and coming on the market, quickly meeting us the day of finding a potential home for a walk through, finding out information on the properties we visited, and answering any questions we had. Through her prompt texting, emailing, and phone calls we were able to secure a home prior to it receiving other offers. She made herself available for us throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions. After closing today she also assured us that she would be available if we had any other questions in the future. On a personal note Paula is such a sweetheart who listened to our needs, helped entertain our 2 year old during walk throughs, and cared about us as individuals. We couldn't be happier with this company and Paula. She truly is a wonderful person and amazing realtor!

Kristian Jackson is the best realtor in St Johns!!! Kristian did an amazing job getting our family relocated and into our current home during a military move. She truly went above and beyond, quick response time, always available and scheduled showing immediately. She truly provided candid advice and put our family s needs and satisfaction as the top priority, she never pressured us to buy. She cares about people, not profit a rare find. After our initial phone conversation she was quick to setup an in person meeting to discuss the sale of our home. Jody came to our home fully prepared with detailed examples of how she would advertise our home, with a full review current sales in the area to help us both agree on a starting sale price.

Bad experience from day one. Began before we even moved into the place we are living in. House was not even cleaned after previous tenants vacated. Disgusting!!! There were dead bugs on walls dirt smudges from who knows what, as well as what appears to be fece stains on bathroom walls by toilets. AC air handler is still leaking and rotting the wood foundation of that it sits on as well as growing mold. Then they want to tell me I am violating tenant responsibilities by not keeping the yard maintained when im mowing it front and back every single week. Horrible realtor. Would highly discourage from doing business with.

Round Table's agent, Raymond Butrus, is the best in the business. Top notch communication along with serious knowledge of the area. You'd be hard pressed to find an agent that will work harder for you. You can't go wrong with Ray in your corner.

Highly recommend! Buying a home is never a fun process.. But I will be the first to that Keith and the staff at Round Table make it as easy as it gets.. I ve never had a home buying experience so smooth. They go above and beyond for their customers. People before property is not just a slogan for them it s a true story!! Great experience with Andrea as my realtor. When the first home fell through due to an active roof leak(thanks to that freaky storm we had in February), she already had alternative homes in mind, so it was a very easy segue into a different home that had all the same features I wanted. After the agreement was signed, she continued to keep on top of the process all the way to the closing table. This is the fastest loan closing I've ever had, 26 days from sale agreement to closing table. Awesome support all along the way, complete and thorough followups and feedback on where we were in the process. Great job Andrea!! Thanks again.
